| Actually I didn't think it was some westerner at all. Thought it would have been some other asian martial arts guy not introduced. Fun to see how they came back to that thing with the hole/tunnel - which already had been shown in the tournament arc season when Retsu got introduced. Dorian funny again ... with the rollercoaster fight and him using the lighter-cord-thingy as brake to stop the fall. Still ... the other guy wasn't that bad. And I like the explanation they show every now and then - here with Doppo explaining the stance/technique that got created when fighting on boats. |

| That was an insane fight, went like a rollercoaster Didn't expect that plottwist, damn Dorian is more impressive than I thought, I really thought it was Yujiro who did it given the silhouette in the previous season |

| Most of Retsu's flashback was stuff we already saw in the previous season but at least the reveal that Dorian was the one who dug the tunnel was an unexpected twist. |

| Dorian being a Kaioh that Retsu's master regarded as one of the best students he's ever had was rather unexpected. It's very interesting to see the convicts have a deep relation to the supporting characters' individual stories in addition to being a very tough opponent that's a perfect match for them. |
