| In some ways it's considered cool because of the idea of rebelling, but honestly it's just a bad habit, like drinking frequently or eating too much, "cool" changes with the times, at one point it was cool to wear a suit and fedora like Frank Sinatra, sunglasses are widely considered cool. Kava kava and kratom are plants. Kava is used for anxiety and kratom also can have a relaxing effect in higher doses but it's similar to an opioid only it's not.
