| Everything about this show is still very bland thus far, so hopefully the story improves as it goes along. |

| Yuusuke's mom begged for him to be let back into school after he died and came back and now he goes off and disappears for a month. Nice. =P I've enjoyed the whole thing so far, but those who haven't so much, IMO it does get better. Right now these are just minor plots to build it and the characters up. The Dark Tournament is soon enough. |

| "I'M KUWABARA, AND IN CASE YOU GUYS FORGOT I GOT A SWORD" Heh, he knows what is cool. Ok, a spirit shotgun is great as well, but swords > guns. I expected a training arc, but we got the highlights of Yusuke's suffering with Genkai and we are back to fight enemies instead, I'm fine with that tbh. Hiei and Kurama are back! Nice to see them again. Now let's see how our team manages to escape from the trap, I don't want to see Kuwabara crushed again. |

| This arc isn't as interesting to me as the previous. Surprising the training was skipped mostly. |

| This was a great start to the new story arc. I love the demons inside human bodies thing, that normal people could be enemies in disguise (well they're blue). It reminds me of Night of the Living Dead or Invasion of the Body Snatchers. I was also glad to see that the training was done mostly offscreen. It helped make the training seem more mysterious and frightening, with Yusuke only narrating the hardships he encountered. Again, it was like Night of the Living Dead, this time similar to how Romero only shows some of the gore to elevate the horror (and to make it easier to make). |

| I am starting to skip the episode previews, this experience sucked because i knew about hiei's and Kurama's appearance due to the episode preview from ep 13! Like Cmon, that would have been so cool and surprising for me and the whole experience is fucking ruined! Fuck that shit! |

| It's weird seeing Yuusuke's mom is all relaxed about him skipping school and I will accept Hiei now being part of the group because he come off more funny than annoying but all of these are just conveniences so Yuusuke get to do his job without too much hassle. |

| @TrevRockOne I don't get it either tbh. Like, the cast of characters actually have interesting personalities and good chemistry together. They're also realistically written as well. They have that Cardcaptor Sakura thing where they feel like normal people in a world of magic. The fights are also interesting, and the interesting cast makes you want to explore the lore more. I feel like I'm watching a different show, because this show is far from boring. The only thing that even somewhat deters me from watching is that I'm watching this anime alongside Oniisama e... Though it isn't a knock to this anime, more like Oniisama e is just that interesting. Like this is a 7.5/10 while Oniisama e is a 9/10. |

| Yusuke and Kuwabara acted like there was nothing wrong with those controlled humans. One look at them and you'll know! They looked like zombies. lol I'm glad the group of four are together now! I look forward to what's more to come. |

| I can't remember the last time I watched an anime fall off as hard as this one. I loved the first 5 episodes. Everything since then has been very bland. I get that this anime has some influence on the shonen genre, but let's face it, its exaggerated. The fights are so basic and lacking in depth. In terms of influence on the anime medium Dragon Ball did the heavy lifting considering the original manga began much earlier, and it has the added benefit of actually being entertaining all the way through, as well as not constantly relying on sheer luck and asspulls to move fights along. (seriously Yusuke, you won a fight because of shit stuck in your ear?) |
