Have you noticed that black haired anime guys are always the serious types while the blondies are the playboy types?

Somehow, mostly shojo mangas or other shonen mangas are that its almost funny. If you know any animes that are the total opposite of this feel free to include it in your posts.

Hair colors are often related to the personality types of the characters (Ie. as laid out on TvTropes but mostly for girls). So it would make sense that the same type of trope would apply to men.

Yeah it's pretty prominent now. The idea of it comes from darker coloured hair resembling calmness and collectivity while lighter hair resembles a more energetic and flamboyant personality.

Because black hair represents the passive and mild Japanese man while blonde represents the loud foreign asshole type.

Oh yeah but, I think it's mainly because well, blonde is an unnatural hair-colour for the Japanese, and therefore, doesn't it make sense for the playboy/popular kid to have his hair dyed? I'm not sure as to whether it's been established as dyed in every anime that features the trope, but I'm sure there have been one or two that have brought the whole hair-colour thing up. Otherwise, it's just a normal trope and well - man do I like my blonde guys in the odd slice of life/drama anime.

A comment about early BL manga:

Fujimoto suggests that the types of beautiful boy can be broadly cast in black and white, with black being the more masculine black-haired boy who is grounded in reality and white the “decorative” and more visibly feminine boy who is “separated from reality”—and whose almost invariably blonde hair appears literally white on the page.

It was the dichotomy used in early BL before the Uke/Seme thing. Since the two bishōnen are on a equal ground (two boys), the authors wanted to create a dichotomy between the two partners, this black/white thing.
With like you said, the black-haired guy being quite serious, while the blond-haired guy being frivolous, who often takes the initiative.

Those early BL are among the most influential first modern shōjo manga. So they influenced posterior shōjo manga/anime and their bishōnen.
Nowadays since you can find bishōnen everywhere, you can still find that influence in shōnen, seinen or whatever.

Oh wait...I actually never noticed this before. This is kinda funny if I think about it.How did I not noticed this before?
Isn't something bad.I think it's not annoying or something like that.
In Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun it's the opposite.

In Tonari no Kaibutsu wasn't the blonde guy a frivolous type? Like he's kind of flirty? I forgot though, and heck it's the same with women. Blonde anime girls are always the tsunderes XD. Not annoying but quite funny 😂

Very true . That siscon am I right? But if you're talking to the blonde MC itself, he's quite the energetic guy obsessing over glasses and stuff.

When talking about pink hair, Mirai Nikki just broke that because the girl's a serious yandere, and when blue, Juvia breaks that too cause she's too overly clingy. 😂

Well yh the personality matches the color.
Black and brown mostly represent calmth and such,
While bright colors like Blonde are more emotional extremes. (Same goes for other brash colors)

This, unless foreign, blonde guys are dyed in Japan, which means player with street cred.

Hunter x Hunter is the opposite. Blonde-haired Kurapika is the serious type and focuses mainly on his work and personal mission. Black haired Gon is free-spirited but not a playboy. Black-haired Leorio would be the closest to a Playboy in that group, but even that maybe stretching it.

If you don't even remember what you've watched, they seem pretty meaningless in your conclusion. Also, implying I'm retarded and apparently wasn't exeggarating.

Hey mister, sorry for not saying specifically what I don't remember. I remember all the anime characters and plot that I've watched, but what I mean for not remembering is updating all the titles that I have watched in my list that' s why I don't bother in updating it cause I think it's a waste of time.

That´s the equivalent of going to school, not knowing subjects you take or what you do in school, but still knowing everything and getting a perfect score on every test.
Besides, the stereotype is well-known, there is no amount of anime watched needed to make a point. My point is that it´s obvious and your post is dumb for pointing it out.
