I've more heard people say saca el toque then saca un toque, but I guess both are right.
Anyway in weaboo speak it would be happa o maku, which means roll up some weed.

Yes, but I hear far more often "arma un toque" when you're already echando el toque

"sich einen Joint dreh(e)n" = to roll (oneself) a Joint

"ich dreh(e) mir einen Joint" = I roll me a Joint
"du drehst dir ..." = you/thou roll(st) you/thee a Joint
"er/sie/es dreht sich..." = he/she/it rolls him/her/it a Joint
"wir dreh(e)n uns..." = we roll us ...
"ihr dreht euch..." = you (all/lot) roll you...
"sie/Sie dreh(e)n sich..." they/you (polite singular or plural) roll them/you...

While the (e) is often left out in common Speech, it's required in formally written Texts.
The Imperative is either "dreh(e)" (in which Case using the "e" for the Imperative would be a bit archaic) + respective Dative/indirect Object Pronoun ("mir", "dir", "ihm" (male+neuter+generic he), "ihr" (female), "uns", "euch", "ihnen" (them) + the Rest or "drehen Sie" + the same as before with "sich" (polite "you yourself" in singular and plural) as an additional Option.
When asking, the same Dative Object Pronouns as in the original Examples above are used if they are reflexive, and "ihm/ihr" for the 3rd Person Singular, "ihnen" for the 3rd Person Plural and "Ihnen" for the polite you Form, for Instance: "Drehst du mir einen Joint?" Or "Darf ich Ihnen einen Joint drehen?" (polite Form of "May I roll you a Joint?" with Auxiliary/Helping Verb + Infinitive)

susuk = roll

There's also a song for the expression in our language, which has quite an awful video to go with it.

It changes based on who's doing the rolling. I can give you more forms if you like. Hebrew is a fun language.
It's rather tedious to learn all these different Forms (as depicted above), but they're good to avoid Confusions.

What is the Difference between the Present Form and the Infinitive? Is the used Verb in Hebrew also reflexive here and does it change whether the respective grammatical Persons are referencing to themselves or to someone else with at least specific grammatical Persons?

I don't speak hebrew but infinitive is a verb which isn't conjugated while the present form of a verb is a conjugation by itself.

Infinitive and Present Form without specifying a Person is identical like in "(to) fly" = Infinitive and "I can fly" Present Form or "fliegen" = Infinitive and "Ich kann fliegen" not conjugated Present Form in the same Manner as "volar" and "puedo volar".
