| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- What a boring episode. Sheesh. That was dragged on way too long and my hate for Gon made it even worse. I hate the typical Shounen characteristics like that. Reminds me of Naruto, bleh! And this show probably has the weirdest character designs I have ever seen. |

| Gon is always the stubborn one. Episode was surrounding Canary and her views, which Gon decides to step all over and persuade her to his own typical-shounen ways... oh well, hopefully we get to see Killua soon and see what's up. |

| Canary def. looks better in action, tho her emotional moments are off model. Still one of my favorite characters from hxh. Not enough badass ladies. Like the still copic feel of the killua+canary flashback. Has that treasured feel that precious memories have. Gon getting progressively more beat in the face will never not be funny. |

| I'm starting to think Gon must be some kind of masochist, he's seemingly always trying to get himself beat up. This episode was rather painful to watch, and it felt like it dragged on for too long. Not as good as the 2011 version. |

| This episode built on the already-established fact that Gon just doesn't back down. He doesn't care what happens to him in the process of achieving his goals. He just keeps plowing on ahead. |

| Yeah, 2011 version managed to adapt a lot of stuff, including this arc much better.It seems too much ''shounen'' and it failed in both Mike's appearance and this dialogue(it was too damn long). |

| The whole episode was about trying to take a step, obviously, through Canary’s development and her relationship with the Zoldyck Family, rules are well established here and it’s very different from outside. |
