Do you actively consider the good and bad things you've done and how you might do differently the next time? Do you review what you've learned throughout a certain recent time period and how these things can impact your life? |

Sometimes it's better that way. Issues can be made a whole lot worse than they are if you sit down with yourself and analyse them. Not everyone is good at judging themselves accurately and making changes. Self reflection can be a very vicious cycle. |
