We still haven't seen enough to definitely say that the show could even meet the expectations that people are currently placing upon it halfway. I have fairly high hopes for the show and it has turned out fairly well so far, but that's as far as I'd take it. |

| I can't say my personal experience is any indicator of the norm with ccg. But from experience with playign a few of them I didn't really care what the game was so long as the mechanics behind it were engaging and the community was active. I only played at most a couple dozen hours of ccg mind you, but if I were on a site and it gave a list of the top 5 most popular ccg and RoB was one of them... the chance I'd play that game would be 20%. |

| I haven't seen a lot of talk about the series but what little I do see is always positive. In all honesty though I'm not all that impressed with it so far. I certainly enjoy it but I never felt like it has really lived up to the first episode. I don't really know how to explain it but it's just not doing anything for me. |

It's score really seems low but then again it's just a fun show without much depth so I don't exactly see why it needs to be very high. 8.40 at best on this site should suffice. Let's see it's final score. And lol@ AKG having better animation than SNB;G. Animation style is certainly subjective but when it comes to animation itself , Bahamut had a much higher budget and so produced action scenes with smoother animation due to higher framerates. AKG on the other hand had lots of stills or reaction shots. AKG's animation looked like something from the last decade (the very beginning of it) to be honest. |

There weren't many still used in the second half of AgK lol, in fact they used it as a substance to enhance the show itself, not because of poor budget. AgK's actions scenes are executed much better and utilise better quality animation. Show me something from the last decade that had as good animation as the fight in episode 19. Also its a bit unrealistic to think Bahamut will reach 8.40. My bet is low 7.90s or just below 8 after airing. |

| This anime is probably unknown to many out there.. Hence, the rank and the rating for this anime is justified in MAL but to me this anime should not be around #650. This is how my story goes regarding encountering this anime. It all started during March of this year when I randomly went and checked Yoko Kanno's wikipedia page after watching Wolf's Rain so as to watch more of the anime where she was responsible for the music. I then spotted Zankyou no Terror and while browsing through ANN regarding ZnT, I came to know that it was being directed by Shinichiro Watanabe and music by Yoko Kanno. Note that I was not aware of the studio MAPPA at that time. (MAPPA is responsible for animating ZnT, Bahamut, Garo, Sakamichi no Apollon). I started to follow ZnT weekly and was blown away by the animation and their attention to detail. Hence, once again, I went through ANN to check what all anime MAPPA had animated and I also came to know that the former CEO of MadHouse is the current head of MAPPA. Lol. So, after checking the list of anime, I fell upon both Garo and Bahamut which were to be released this Fall. I knew about Garo and Bahamut about 5 to 6 months ago but fortunately or unfortunately, I didn't have the time to follow them weekly but instead ended up watching both of those in one sitting. Definitely, Garo and Bahamut should be recognized by the masses but will they have a positive reaction towards it? PS: Punch Line is the next anime where MAPPA is in charge of animation production and it will release in Spring '15. |

| i just picked up on this the day before the last episode airs which really makes me mad/glad. mad because i'm not sure how i managed to pass this series over when making my list for fall 2014. and glad because i didn't have to wait week by week for something this great. though i do wonder how so many people including myself didn't know about this one. |
