| Man I wish people could do what I do and judge characters solely on personality and not on what the mangaka shall and shall not do with them. Then I'd understand some of these arguments. | A couple of things some fans havent noticed. If Budou dodged Mines attack, she wouldve killed lots of innocent people. Esdeath hasnt used her martial art skills and sword yet, you guys forgot Seryu was beating up Mine with hand-to-hand combat? |

| Honestly, no easy way to tell what will happen next time. Whatever the plan is, stage 1 has been cleared. Mine has Esdeath's complete attention though that's full of peril. She can hold out a bit longer since Pumpkin isn't overheated yet. But obviously with this situation getting to Tatsumi and freeing him isn't going to happen. Need another card to play. Someone needs to sneak in there and get Tatsumi free. Then he can grab Incursio and maybe they can make a full blown retreat. But the situation is full of danger. Still have that major general standing there also. Timing is key. They can't make a move too soon or too late. The moment backup jumps in the lower the pinch and the lower the firepower for Pumpkin will get. It's a dangerous move since Esdeath might get even more unpredictable with Tatsumi's girlfriend basically flaunting that fact in her face. Really just about anyone outside of Akame can die here. My gut would say Najenda. But Mine or anyone else might go down in this. |
| I love pumpkin power and how mine is using it now to the fullest. Now i wouldn't mind if she died fighting the two strongest empire soldiers simultaneously, i mean that is like the strongest feat in the whole manga up till now... right? Not to mention the priceless look on Esdeath face when she mentioned the Boyfriend part. Being realistic though she have zero chance in defeating Esdeath if this drags on, without any kind of backup she's dead for sure, i have little faith in NR plan since their tactics always includes having some sacrifices. also some form of counter to her ZAAAA WARDO is needed here... man i really wish that move had some stronger penalty other than "i can't use it twice in one day". With all that bad odds i'm kinda conflicted about Mine fate since i never saw a twin-tailed pettanko tsundere character die before lol... that triple buff is what keeping her alive atm. Anyway i hope she survive... i'm interested on what gonna happen when they both return safely, how will they act around each other, because up till now it felt like like Tatsumi was going along with mine love confession but after the recent chapter i wouldn't be surprised if he start worshiping her. |

| What you guys are forgetting is that, the more danger mine is in, the more powerful her Teigu. Just think, Esdeath AND Badu puts her in a loooooot of danger. Her teigu must become power level over 9000 in that case, which COULD be enough to hold back esdeath and kill badu. |

| I heard rumours that the mangaka is ending the manga or something, and that's the reason why the plot is going south fast- just to end the story quickly. If this is true, Esdese kills Mein, Najenda and Leone are killed by Wild Hunt as they try to infiltrate the capital, and Tatsumi doesn't even get to touch Incursio, which happens to be STRAPPED TO A ****ING POLE NEXT TO HIM. I just love manga logic. Mein starts talking about how she's going to free Tatsumi, INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY JUST DOING IT BY SHOOTING HIS RESTRAINTS. | Good chapter. But Mine as a love interest feels wrong. Sure, Pumpkin is pretty badass, but Mine lacks the skills, speed, and brute strength of the two generals. So this isn't going to last long. Unless the author is biased to Mine in which case I'll be supremely pissed. When it comes to love interests, Esdese>Mine. Waiting a month for these chapters really kills me. |

| Really wish they didn't give Edese the ability to freeze time. It makes her totally unbeatable. Can't see her losing ever, and if she does lose somehow I doubt it'll make sense. I also don't get why shes so loyal to the prime minister, they never explained it. The only thing reason I could think of is him giving her the demon blood, but I don't think Edese would give her undying loyalty to him just for that. |
