JS06 has provided a chapter summary:

This arc seems like its going to be really long. This might be as long as the Daihasesai arc in Index which was two light novels worth. It is already longer than the Sisters arc! We probably won't see this in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S.

Ah, so I was right. Dolly figured out who Misaki really was by the smell of her hair. I bet that was Misaki's one and only true friend, even if it did start out fake.

Maybe Dolly was the first ever clone of the Railgun? Cloning's not perfect the first time.

Kamijou's lucky day? Then I guess he just used all his life's luck just finding her. XD

Which means To Aru Kagaku no Railgun Season 3!!! Right? :D:D:D
Will it be a D for Daihasei? Or an M for Misaki/Mental Out? Who knows?

BTW J.C. staff said in an interview yesterday/the day before yesterday that Misaki is only appearing in episode 1 of Railgun S. However, they introduced her there, earlier because her appearance in the show wouldn't make sense otherwise because she was originally introduced with Kongo. Therefore, J.C. staff is indeed planning ahead for a season 3, which IS great news. :)

For those who would like to know: here is the text from this chapters' translation that came out.

It's interesting...

This chapter was a really nice flashback. The author is still not saying what the project exterior is though. We know a little more, since we now know that
1) The project wasn't made for Shokuhou to use like she did in the previous chapter
2) That project was supposed to replace advantageously Shokuhou.

Is this a project to link together clones of Shokuhou in tubes like we saw in the chapter 59 so that together they can become a controllable level 5/6 machine? This could have been another project to use clones in order to reach the power of a level 6 (this time without a real level 6 esper), or yet another project to use the espers' powers as a technology (like it was done for the 2 and 4 as we know, and to some extend for accelerator as well).

That little story between Dolly and Shokuhou was nice. Dolly looked a bit more like Misaka this time, though this still doesn't add up. I wonder who's clone she really was.

And I'm not pleased by the idea that Touma may be the one to save the day. We already had that in the last arc, where it couldn't have been otherwise; but this time there's no reason to involve Touma in this..

So... Guys. I just noticed something that bothers me. When Kouzaku MItori was going to fight Xochitl in chapter 59, she said I can't afford to screw up here.

Kouzaku's first name is MItori: Mi-chan? In the flashback with Mi-chan seeing how the real Dolly (the machine she had) looked in chapter 59, we see Mi-chan has black hair and a similar hair style! Does this mean Mitori is Mi-chan and she's trying to make things right somehow or is being manipulated by Gensei?

She probably told Gensei the truth about the Exterior project!!!! This would explain how he somehow found out about Exterior. This is because we know that Misaki had never brainwashed Mi-chan.

Things are starting to make more sense to me.

As a friend of mine posted in Animesuki, here:

Zaeraal says:

^Hmm, Mitori being the Mi-chan?

Well..
She did knew about the Exterior project and Mi-chan was the only person Misaki didn't brainwashed.
She was in prison for attempted terrorist attack 14 months ago and the time matches +- the period after she left Dolly.
She must have had reasons for it, maybe she figured out truth about Dolly and tried to save her.
And it also explains why Mi-chan suddenly "stopped coming" without the researchers even trying to get her back.

She was even willing to risk death by betraying her team and the "I cannot afford to screw up here" only confirms her resolution.
The vase with "water" that Mi-chan used with her powers is quite opaque and sealing "water" like that is odd, it could be some other liquid.
What she said about Mikoto, "there seems to be some hope left", would also make now sense, if she knew Dolly was Mikoto's clone.

Well, it looks like they might be the same person after all.
But then we have quite a funny situation - Mitori and Misaki having the same goal, yet trying to kill each other :)

I'm going to double post because this is a completely different topic:

By the way, this is kind of obvious now I realize. But the fact that Mikoto said that all level 5's at Tokiwadai started as level 1's seems to be true probably. After all, Shokuhou had to train her mental out to make it stronger. She gradually developed her powers. Therefore, I'm guessing she was originally a level 1.

Then can we say that one of the only reasons she reached level 5 was because the researchers wanted her to complete Exterior and because they didn't get to dispose of her? Otherwise she would have just had an average level of power. Instead, she got a special curriculum there? I mean they didn't even seem to care about her achieving level 5... they were just going to discard her once Exterior was complete... So... was she there for schooling beforehand? Based on the fact that the researchers were going to dispose of her: is she a child error? We haven't ever seen a mention of her parents. She does ask if she can go home at some point... but...

I don't think they'd be able to dispose of her without her parents complaining unless she was a child error and was abandoned because of her power to read minds. This might explain a lot...

while kamijou is my favorite character in the Raildex franchise. i have to agree with you that he shouldn't save the day again since this is misaka story( i have a feeling that the author "kamachi" i believe wanted touma to meet with saten since so many fans were begging them to meet each other since well..... they are both normal which is why a number of fans ships them, it's quite a popular shipping actually) but just a speculation.

So Dolly is a clone and i assume she was one of Misaka's clone ? because she has a similiar face like Mikasa so i thought She has something to do with her but with that robotic thing on her belly, made me hard to thought that Dolly is one of Mikasa's clone. but when they revealed it, the theory came back to me again that Dolly might be one of Mikasa's clone. either way, it's very sad to see that kind of backstory from Misaki. i kinda knew Dolly will die but it was still sad to see. So that's how Misaki grew stronger. i like that tbh.

But if dolly died, now i wonder how can she controlled over thousands of people like that at the same time.....i thought i has something to do with Dolly but i guess not (?)

and i like the character interaction between Saten and Koujou for the first time. like FINALLY!!! XD now, this interaction might brought Koujou deeper into this problem (Gensei).

btw, Mikasa was weiring black security outfit in the previous, previous chapter, that was freaking cool and awsome but at the same time it was funny. Men in Black was the first thing which came into my mind after seein her in that outfit, especially that glasses XD
