2. I want to say this one is Kurozuka. But maybe not? I remember there's some rebel group underground. They have some secret things they protect, can't remember what it was. But of course they show it to the new comer. Ah, there's 2 new comers (guys). I want to say the secondary was quiet and had silver or white hair. So then the underground area is attacked. The leader of the rebels decides he should have the secret thing, but it ends up killing him. Possibly. Memory is foggy here. I do remember that the people attacking had like an army, but also a couple enhanced baddies. The new comers each took one on but the baddies still ended up just about wiping out the underground group. Any ideas?

Whereas I recall, the main character is the winner of some street fighting game, but soon after he's set up for murder or likewise, and has the choice between going to prison or going to some kind of T.V show game where prisoners can live and fight eachother to regain their freedom or so..
