Yeah well if you fail to score you lose. That's how it goes. Good performance by Denmark.

Fucker doesn't even have to come back for all I care...

That's what happens when you play without a single true forward in your team. Van Wolfswinkel and Dost where?

Wolfswinkel is still pretty green. Most of his goals scored in Primeira Liga were PKs.

You're from Germany. Who else but a Bayern supporter to be pissed at Robben? I'd be pissed at him too. Anyway, looking forward for the clash between Netherlands and Germany.

Hmm...I guess I'll root for Portugal for a change. After all, Bruno Alves is playing for my local team. Or rather, polishing the bench.
Too bad Danny got injured and can't play, he could've become one of the best players at this Euro.

Danny usually sucks for Portugal, from what I've heard.

Bruno Alves is one of the least classy pigs playing Football today.

Danny just haven't played much as a starting player.

And is there something about Alves I don't know? I mean, he sure isn't the most reliable player but is there more to this?

Pretty good first half. Germany wasting some chances and got lucky they didn't get scored on. I still think they will win 2-0.

Not at all. Compared to the previous match this game seems miles better. Plus its always nice to see a match-up between top players. Only problem is lack of goals so far.

Its more that van Persie can't make the goal when needed, and our defence sucks, they somehow are scared of taking the ball of the opponent.

Ronaldo actually played quite bad first half, but so did Germany, this Euro 2012 tournament is going to be like the last world championship, all good teams are going to play bad and a dark horse is going to take the cup.

Not really, as I've said, he's mostly polishing the bench over here. :D When he just transferred here, sure, there were talks about him being a rough player but he showed nothing of the sort here. Can't say anything about his time at Porto of course, Portuguese league is not being broadcasted here.

Yeah, that was a bit rude, I apologize to Russian people, but it seemed kind of weird when a team with equal skills such as Czech Republic to get beaten with 4 -1.

Hmm Portugal played quite bad it seems The Netherlands might have a chance, maybe, possibly, no probably not.

2nd half was exciting, I'm suprised to see so much hate for the match.

Also the reason Czech lost so bad was because they threw everyone they had up when the score was 2-1 to try to secure a point.

At this point I see Germany/Portugal advancing.

Hmm, we'll see about that, can see anything happening now.

By the way what is with racism towards black players in Ukraine?

Kind of a lucky victory for Germany, they are definetly not in the form during 2010 or last year, but at least the defensive did a really good job in this match.

I didn't think Germany was that good in 2010 World Cup, they lost to Spain in the semi-finals and that Spain wasn't that good neither.

Not just Ukraine, several countries in Europe have some incidents of racism in football. But that's another story. We shouldn't allow that to overshadow the beautiful game.

Well this game they did a lot of high passes during their attacks and surprisingly little combinations from the middle. Quite different from the fast combinations through the center as they did in South Africa. Just had the feeling that they played kind of stiff compared to then. But its only the beginning of the tournament and too early to judge.
On the other hand Russia vs Czech R. yesterday was a joy to watch compared to today's matches.

True, but that is because the team from now has lots of new players compared to the team from World Cup 2010, maybe they didn't all play with each other enough yet, though that would be weird since a lot of them all play for Bayern.

And yeah, Russia's game was quite enjoyable, hopefully Spain vs Italy will be enjoyable as well, not expecting great things from Italy though, but as long as Spain doesn't win this, I'll be somewhat happy.

True, but how they played against Spain was quite bad and the game for third place against Uruguay wasn't very convincing neither.

Man, both Portugal and Netherlands had at least one wonderful opportunity to tie the game. Not much to be said here except how they choked under pressure.

I haven't used that site personally in a while, but from what I understand most of their streams are still quality.

Well done Denmark, they might be able to get out of this group after all. Two boring matches yesterday, I would say that I hope for better matches today but we all know that Italy are just going to sit back and watch Spain pass it to each other for 60 mins before getting one goal. Hopefully the Ireland match will provide a bit of entertainment.

I thought they were really dirty in the last Euro and in South Africa, although they looked fine (in that regard) yesterday. Also, they generally have a super direct almost "kick and chase" attack style, and I prefer a more South American or Spanish style.
