They really are going to need everything they could possible use to win this. Not a bad idea to split up the group to get the job done.

Sato's most difficult task is to obtain the Ring King Sword. Seems this epsiode marks the first time this season he's been apart from Hime. But yeah, an important buildup episode to a much bigger conflict.

A pretty neat Hime focused episode, can't wait to see the results of the magic training when she reunited with Satou.

On a side note:
Granart and her mother interaction is wholesome.

Finally a Hime focused episode! Out of all the girls, she’s in an especially difficult position with no one to help develop her magic skills. Such a tough ask since her mom’s gone, or is she..

Lot of good Morion and Hime moments today. They missed so much time as sisters over the years, so little intimate moments like Morion teasing Hime in the bath today are so precious. It’s also cute how concerned Morion was for Hime so she tried to get Perlee to be nicer to her sister 🥹 Both sisters have something the other wants. Morion would gladly trade her magic ability for a normal life and falling in love like Hime did with Satou, and Hime would do anything to be able to use magic competently so she isn’t a burden to Satou. Luckily, thanks to our mysterious stranger today, I think Hime is on the right track!

Granart being reunited with her mom was one of my fave parts of today’s episode. Couple episodes ago, we got to see how big an impact her mom leaving all those years ago had on her and you could see the genuine relief and happiness on her face to see her mom again. I love how her mom teases and dotes on her too.

Next week, we infiltrate the armory finally! Can’t wait

"Yay."
"Little Grameow."
I like her already

The clearly an ancestor spirit who visited and taught Krystal seems to be the first ring princess. We do not sees the face of either Krystal's mother or ancestor ring princess. but the spirit's hairstyle, Hair length, and ferronniere she wears on her head match those on the faceless image of the first ring princess in the throne room in EP2.

Kinda hope that magical shortcut Hime got was planted by the ring king so he could turn it off when she's trying to depend on it. But it's more likely just what it looked like, some ancestor, likely her mom returning when needed so that home doesn't have to figure out light magic, despite Granart having to do the same for fire magic just a few episodes ago.

That woman that helped Hime with her Light Magic... It's a mix of I feel like I can trust her and I don't trust her... because if that's who I think it is, then it's definitely going to be interesting to see why she decided to help Hime and appear before her, especially with whose side she is on vs her nature in general..

Nice episode and Granart mother finally shows up and Hime is making light magic progress.

Granart's mom is my kind of lady. Sweet, funny and loving.

A nice Hime focused episode as she tries to get a grasp on her magic, it felt a bit like a cheat when either the spirit of her mom or ancestor showed up and allowed her to use it, but I am glad Hime made some progress, because other than knowing what light magic itself is, no one really had a clear direction to point her in. I do wonder about that spirit tho (if it was a spirit), she seemed kind but was she actually? She had a mysterious vibe to her so I’m not exactly sure.

The episode wasn’t purely about Hime tho, we also got introduced to Granart’s mom which came as a surprise after hearing about how she left Granart as a kid an episode or so ago, but she seems fun and apparently it was a misunderstanding, so I’ll take this wholesome mom and daughter reunion. And that bit between Morion and Hime in the bath was great, Morion literally pressed Hime’s buttons (her boobs) in regards to Satou lol, it was sad hearing about how Morion grew up but it’s good she’s not holding it against Hime and is further hinting about her entrance into the harem, Hime doesn’t seem too into that idea tho lol. And lastly, I liked that factory tour bit with the bearded fella, he came out of nowhere but he left Satou with some good words.

Alright. Haruto is on his way to get proper armor to fight the Abyss King. His co-wives Krystal, Granart, and Nefritis are making great magic progress too. I do wonder who subconsciously spoke to Krystal, her mother, the previous Light Ring princess, or both if they’re the same? Hope we learn more soon.

I'm wondering who's that stranger that helped Krystal, is she her mom or 1st light princess? 👀

This was actually a pretty wholesome episode with Hime and her sister having some bonding time in the bath, Granart being trained by her mom, and speaking of moms, the lady that appeared in front of Hime that helped her with her light magic looked like it could've been her mom...

Towards the end we got to see Satou get a tour of the empire including a factory where weapons and armor are made which looked impressive. Anyway, they plan on infiltrating the armory in the next episode which I'm curious to see how that turns out.

Going to the Spire of Magecraft has turned into quite the family reunion, with Krystal's Grand Aunt Perlee and Granarts mom Rubyn being teachers there!

I like the Krystal focus, and I think that has to be the first ring princess who came back to teach her more about light magic. It'd certainly solve Krystal's issue of not having anyone else around who can use it.

The Holy Land of the mages, and Morion's birthplace, the Spire of Magecraft is quite the place for magic training led under Professor Perlee being both Morion and Hime's great aunt since she also was trained by her, and her subjects will surely whip them to shape and handle the ring's powers proper.

With Hime going to the Room of Darkness to harness her light magic, being the only power that she and Satou harness, the road to proper training will be quite the tough one since there should be someone that has the same attributes as her, but he/she is unforunately not around in the world, so Hime has to learn by her own. The worry easily sensed by Morion, as teasing and playful as she is, she trying to encourage her older sister in her own way, it at least brings some reassurance for time away from Satou. Same with Nefritis with her wing magic and Granart with her fire magic, their training too is hellsh for a reason...the latter more prominent otherwise with her own mother Rubyn. It's quite the shock for both Hime and Nefritis seeing a different side to Granart, that's for sure.

The need for Hime's wanting for Satou, only to be met by a student who knows about light magic, she seems suspicious for a start. But after the exchange of light magic between her and Hime, it seems as if the latter has suddenly mastered the art within a forenight. Back at the Empire, Satou and Marse (in masked disguise) inspecting the factory where weapons are manufactured to ready the fight against the Abyss King, it definitely shows the potential of what the kingdom is doing their part to ready themselves for the worse.

The infiltration into the Mythical Armory is at hand...

An episode without Satou is actually quite nice, since the girls are not bad. One of the rare occasions where I like the main girl the best.

"no one here has the time to care about anyone else" well that's not ominous lolol

oooooh! their great aunt! had a feeling she was either family or was a previous ring princess, so that explains it!!!

lolololol not the great aunt teasing her!!!! i love it!!!

lolololol looks like all three of them are having trouble with their magic!

OH MY GOD GRANDHEART'S MOM IS THERE LOLOLOLOL

why do I have a feeling this woman is possibly her actual aunt or something......
WAIT SHE'S GONE?!?!?! is she perhaps a ghost?????? possibly of the first ring princess of light????? or maybe she's light magic itself???

looks like Sato needed that talk from that factory worker!
