| And the battle of Meynard and Alicia concluded, he may be a powerful wizard but also a one-power-pony wizard, pathetic. That been said, Alicia's new treasure sword is far more powerful than I expected holy shit! Points to Meynard for making an actual terroristic economic threat with those forest devouring larvae, using it against the village whose youths use economic rhetoric against Alicia heroic duty, the irony. Why make people just suffer now when you can make their children and their children children suffer too. Vile.  |
| Meynard was a challenging foe full of bug surprises, but once Clevatess gave Alicia back her regalia, they were just another stream for her stream splitter to split! I'd be surprised if getting swallowed whole by those creepy crawlies didn't add another tally to Alicia's list of unpleasant experiences... |

| One of my petpeeves is when an anime will have a metric fuck ton of enemies, but only a couple attack at once. No reason why that swarm shouldn't have been on Alicia the entire time while pressuring the house more instead of just buzzing in the air the entire time. Happens all the time in anime. Show did do a good job though at making the Insect dude the most punchable character ever. |
| Alicia what a woman, a true hero. Stood her ground and defeated them. Glad she got back her Regalia. She could have easily dealt with them if she had it from the begining. Her speech was very touching too. Also the elders aren't fools like the young ones from the village. Clevatess is still stuck though and there's another dark beast behind Drel. |

| This episode was fine, but the manga wasn't really any better for this part. That was a crazy boob shot, though. I don't remember that in the manga; maybe it was, but just less glaring. Animation is above average compared to the dogshit most shows have, but still noticeably not great. The VA work is massively carrying weight, whether it be Klen, Alicia, or someone like Meynard |

| Kari's husband is a stand up guy, would've sucked to see him die at the hand of Meynard and his bugs. The whole family is more than aight. Meynard's past is hilariously clichéd. "Heroes failed me, they're just frauds" Sit down, you're not Stain, not even remotely lol. |

| Drel did seem too OP to be true and now it seems he has had the backing of a dark beast lord all this time, and characters who lord it over others with burrowed power disgust me. But lets talk about Stream Splitter, because WTF the weapon is way too overpowered, all living creatures contain a significant amount of water so Alicia could just explode people for days ( 0.0 ) I've a feeling though there will be some convenient reason why it won't work on humans or they'll just hope we quietly forget she can do that. @Mainnus on a positive note the rain of bug goop will actually do the forest good so it should recover pretty quickly. |

| Anime of the season with another banger ep. As someone who hates bugs, thank GOD that mf Meynard got his ass beat and we’re done with that 🤣. Nice to get an episode that’s essentially all Alicia! She finally got to try out her new sword that she was so excited to use and it quite literally saved the day. But wtf, Clevatess is somehow not completely sealed? Was he able to restore himself as a clone from the bit of himself in Alicia or was the version that fought Drel just a decoy? Speaking of which, it looks like another dark beast is using Drel to stir up shit so the dark beasts are not much different from humans after all. Plotting behind each other’s backs, betrayals, manipulation, etc. Quite ironic. The way the show throws in random Alicia fanservice always makes me crack up, like did we really need the 5 second thigh and tit shots 😭 Seen some people complain about Alicia not killing Meynard, but if she killed him, she wouldn’t have been able to use him for info like I’m sure they’ll do next week. |

| As far as getting ragdolled by the demon king and realizing all hope is lost goes, a stunning glimpse of the world's horizon sure is an unexpected silver lining. Clevatess could have handed over the Regalia sooner but imagining he purposefully withheld it for maximum dramatic effect is so funny that I don't mind it that much. |
| Alright, Another week another Episode I gotta say though this weeks episode is supposted to be the big pay off from last weeks build up. and I believe my guess from last week weren't off, at least not by that much. I guessed "1. I think Clevatess will come back and will probably be weakened Clevatess, comes back only to be discovered by one the soilders. the ladies will probably be helped by the villagers. 2. Clevatess, comes back then kill the general and they end up having an all out battle the ladies will probably be helped by the villagers." ok, I was very admit that the villagers would help. A bit of an obvious choice considering if felt very cliche. and the other things I said was that Clevatess would return in front of the soldiers that were trying to stop Drel or come back and fight Drel. HALF right. He came back as a pup from the hero's ICOR blood. Ok, I couldn't stop yawning, and also feel as though my anticipation was building up. Which had been a great pay off the first 3 episodes. But I kept seeing that the writing was just getting intense, which felt as though only a cool looking scene would save the Main cast. And as cool as the premise might have been the execution is lacking. No hate to the animators, if this was a LN I would have stopped reading about at this point or taken a break from reading it. The story writing at this point is not as satisfying but only because it feels like an Isekai and those facker have ruined a great premise that would have wowed 14 year old me. I gotta say seeing that Clevatess know that another dark beast might be the mids of all of this makes me extra proud. I also predicted that. But Tbh, if youre a novice of story telling you can make out what they are talking about no problem Regardless, it rating time. Plot: 8/10 winning a sticky situation Theme: 7/10 Isekai/Shonen fights where the MC pulls off a cool move Characters: 6/10 I am kinda getting annoyed how naive that clevatess being. The Hero is cool... sometimes OST: 8/10 the only thing I liked about this whole thing BEEP BOOP Anyway, I am done talking about this show. Hopefully it gets cooler by the end or when it gets closer to the end that would be AWESOME to see what that would look like. Considering we're only a MONTH?? holy away we should be find |

| Alicia is incredibly tough; even when she temporarily lost her immortality, she still fought through it all. She's very powerful and even more so with the relic Klen gave her (by the way, that angle when little Klen spoke to her was essential to the plot), there's no doubt she's a true heroine. The only thing I wanted is for her to have killed that bastard Meynard. So now another Beast King is stirring things up with the humans. I guess everyone has their own motives and aspirations-Klen with his crossroads of trying to understand humanity, the Bird Queen who wants humans to stop hunting magical beast cubs, and now this new king, who clearly doesn't mean well if he sides with Drel. |

| Did she seriously not kill that annoying wizard? We could've had one less blabbering psycho, but no, let's just knock him out... Good to know that about Drel. He felt unreasonably strong, making whole power structure questionable. But if he is connected to another lord then it makes more sense. |
The bugs don't even like the light of stream splitter, but seriously being able to use the water inside the bugs is OP.  |

| Come one, I was hoping for that insects guy to die in a horrible way, kinda cool to reveal why that new treasure is so important, basically an anti life weapon, So Clevatess and the Bird grew tired of the humans but this other one is for some reason supporting them, we have yet to know about the 4th one. |

| Damn, the bug guy folded real quick once regalia came into play. unexpected. What's even more unexpected is seeing him KO'd instead of killed. Getting soft on characters are we? Gravity magic girl is funny. I bet she'd rather be someplace else lol. Gave up after her soldiers were taken out by villagers. I guess the show won't kill off those 2. Another surprise is Clevatess staying trapped. I was sure he'd bust out of prison with ease but it seems he needs Alicia for that. It seems like Drel sold his soul to a dark beast for power. So there's a dark beast fighting for humans? Maybe they want to use humans against other dark beasts? Makes you wonder if kidnapping happen because the dark beast ordered it. That was interesting. Alicia and Drel are Champions of Chaos Lords, from Warhammer universe :P Khorne the Blood God (Drel), Slaanesh (minus pleasure) the Dark Prince (Clevatess) :D Whose champion's gonna win?! Can't wait to see just how powerful Drel is. If he has ichor in him too, then he's as unkillable as Alicia. |

Almost got mad about the chief. Thank God that he can use his head. This goofy really thought he could even touch her in a fight. The reason it worked was because it was a literal flood of insects, it isn't a "conceptual weapon".
Remember that she couldn't cut the Old One.
