Have you ever named your pet(s) after an anime character or met a pet named after an anime character?
| Coincidentally, both of my cats share the same name as an anime character, one because I named them after a character on purpose, but the other one I ended up becoming the owner of and that cat happened to share the same name as a popular anime character (although if I'd been able to pick a name, this cat would have a different name and not the same as an anime character). |

| In the late 90s or possibly the very early 00s, I had 3 pet mice that I named Luna, Artemis, and Diana, after the cats on Sailor Moon. |

| We had our family vote from a list of names what to name one of our cats when I was growing up, and Persian, the Pokemon, was on the list. (I'm glad it lost, tbh). So no, I guess. |

| nah we just call them muning a generic local cat name here in our country since they are street cats and a lot of times they do not stay for life like after 3-5 years they look for mates and never comeback to us |

| I was actually really considering naming my cat Junko, after Junko Enoshima. She has some of her colours, especially black legs that look like boots, and also she has a black speck on the same side that Junko has her black bear hair bobble, it's actually uncanny... My nephew named his cat Umbreon after the Pokémon though. |

| No, I have not named any of my pets after anime characters. Perhaps I might if I get any pets in the future (say, a black cat named Chomusuke), but for now I don't want any new pets. I'm happy with the one dog I have at the moment. |

| Yes, ever since I started watching anime I've given anime character names to all my pets, currently I have Haruhi who acts exactly like Suzumiya Haruhi, I also have Ren and Ken which are Japanese names. |

| I've seen that a million times around here, I thought everyone does that in the states!? Anime or game characters. Shadow, Dante, Rikku, etc. And so many pets named Luna haha. Many ppl who aren't hardcore fans do this as well, which I find interesting and cool. |
