| Not really sure with this episode's pacing though... Seems like everything happened in the blink of the eyes. Not surprised though as White Fox is cooking up with Re:ZERO again this season, so the production might be neglected. |
| Finally back after a month off with a new arc. Best White Fox Wednesday show 🔥 Great start to the second half, feels like it’s going to be a long journey to save Jinka with the void people making their move. Looking forward to another 3 months of peak. Glad we finally the full story about the void people, so a meteor took them out.. I do feel bad for the fate of their world but there’s gotta be a better way to handle things than what they’re doing. Now that they’ve got control over TWO of the strongest Katawara shit is gonna be extra hard. It’s kinda weird seeing the mountain goddess who we’re so used to being uber powerful collapse from exhaustion. Shows just how much that fight took out of her last episode. Shinsuke! My goat, good to see him again and it looks like Hanatora been making some moves on him since we last saw them lol. She looked sweet on him. Little does she know his heart will always belong to Shaku. Also yazen wow they brought out everyone for this first episode to set the tone for the cour. It’s gonna take everyone to get this done I’m so excited |

| I mean, yeah it was about time for Mountain God to snap after that beating she took. We know how she is, the way she's so ruthless and such xD But yeah, really glad to see everyone finally coming back, especially ma boy Shinsuke, which still to this day impresses me how he seemingly went from randomly joining Jinka and Tama, to now getting katawara and humans to get along. Respect to ma boy Taizen btw, dude not only saved Tama and Tsukiko, but dude now took over for Shinsuke and Zanzou and is now the protector of the land or whatever. So, poor guy, I guess lol? |

| To have Taizan as the reeling soul of Kokugetsusai, it sure caught the Mountain Goddess off-guard, and with both Tsukiko and Tama captured, Senya is back to square one (at least in terms of a fake-out). Furthermore, the Void People are gaining momentum once the Dragon God Nadare awakens to take on Senya, but it's too soon to call the shots on that. But getting onto their objectives, it's the cloud katawara of Banshou-oh that they have to encounter next to get somewhere for both parties. Shinsuke staying back in Senya's to take care of things and finding Senya and the gang going back to him to recuperate (while also seeing Taizan as he is in human form). The blessing of the life he built thanks to Shinsuke reforming his human self, though people like Tsukiko and katawara like Hanatora are worried for him, he (accompanied by Nau) still chooses to make thei first move before the Void People start their sortie, as well as his father Jinun awaiting his arrival. The surprise bit that both Shinsuke and Zanzou are finally broken free of the village's curse thanks to Taizan's spirit energy and transferring the spirit to Hanatora instead, the whole group can finally move again. The promise of Tama to meet Jinka once again after 8 years without any plan, it's pure dangerous...and what's worse even more is that the Void People already have their hands on Banshou-oh. Rainy's 2nd Cour ED is plenty fine... |

| Missed watching this. The OP stayed the same for the new cour. Don't even mind cause it's good. Is that a new ED? It's actually really good. Kokugetsusai got found out by mountain goddess. But he could escape because he was important in capturing Jinka or something. Otherwise she probably wouldn't have let him slide. Senya finally met Yazen! That revelation is crazy. So, Senya might turn into a mindless being like Jinka eventually? That means he only has a limited amount of time left. Wonder how he'll deal with this. Finally, Shinsuke and the others can finally leave the damn village. I was hoping Kokugetsusai would get stuck in the village in their place. But he had to possess Hanatora and defile her cute body... Oh well. |
| I really don't like the mountain goddess. One minute she is all buddy-buddy, then the next she wants to tear their heads off. Glad she got beat up last episode. The plot keeps a good pace but I struggle a bit to really enjoy the characters. Still, we hit the halfway point of the season. Time to see what happens! |
