| From the looks of their twitter no, there wont be any breaks. It will continue at the same timeslot. That being said no wonder the pace was damn slow, it was a 2-cour lol. |

| The sudden narration when Touma mentioned Sumi Tech caught me off guard, for a second I thought he managed to meet Minami somehow although I wish we would get to meet the grown-up main cast when the time comes. Akai's bro reminds me of Azuma |
| At first, I wanted to cry because I thought this was the last episode lmao. I'm glad to know that they're going to continue the anime throughout the summer! I'm so happy to see the backstory of the parents. |

| Pretty chill episode. Sou and Otomi’s Father sure was quite the superstar but what a downfall that injury must’ve been for him! Lol @ Tou’s Father always staring at his shirt and going as far as to ‘stealing’ the shirt even. Sad that his wife didn’t know about it and he couldn’t share his stories to his kids either. On another note, Sou’s trust in Touma is quite staggering, hopefully Tou will manage to deliver that expectation! But, that aside, we’ve got a big match coming! And the short meeting between Tou and Akai just makes it all the more clinching and intense! Looking forward to seeing how that goes! Finally caught up to proceedings and it’s just a bliss to know that there’ll be at least at least another 12 episodes to look forward to! |

| Sou's dad was quite amazing making the friend's mother still years later and also for giving Tou's dad the number 1 uniform. Feeling bad that Akio Nitta's successor as Kenjyou (Sumi Tech) ace is Tomohito Akai who seems like quite the asshole and not a cool guy at all. |

| So Akai Ryo's older brother is Akai Tomohito who reads in Kenjou and is a baseballer huh. The guy is an asshole and altho I don't like that girl who simps for Ryo he shouldn't have been so rude to her. It's sad cause his predecessor Nitta Akio from Sumi Tech was a real gentleman. Speaking of which they keep reminding us that Kenjou is former Sumi Tech lmao what was even the point of changing the name then. So my theory of the Ace uniform belonging to Tacchan was wrong, not the first time my prediction didn't come true in this series. Though it's still possible the number itself might've been originally worn by Tacchan before being handed over to the next baseball team. So Tou-chan's dad actually "stole" it from him? Jokes aside I'm glad the backstory fleshed out the characters we saw in the last episode's flashback. Sou-chan and Otomi-chan's dad had it rough, rendering his arm useless in his first year through an accident. I'm glad the plot is slowly picking up now after so many buildup and character introductions. I can't believe next episode it's the preliminaries for Koushien again. And Meisei will face off Kenjou aka former Sumi Tech first. They better not blow the first match. Only 12 episodes left though. Can Sou-chan and Tou-chan really go to Koushien in their first year like the narration says or will they be humbled like Tacchan and Kacchan were? What will happen to the romantic developments? Suddenly the length of this series is starting to worry me again. |
