| That Tomoyo is such a good friend. She's just fun to watch. I liked how she's all into the cardcaptor stuff, filming it and even making outfits for Sakura. Sakura seems to know what to do seeing as how she's using caught cards to take down other cards. |

| For a kids' anime, this show is REALLY well made. From the direction, cinematography, characters, to dialogue, and not to mention, the voice acting. Everything so far has been topnotch. I especially like the shot composition. Every single frame looks so well composed that all the right elements just pop right out at you. I also like how Tomoyo isn't there just for the ride, and is actually contributing by being the problem solver for the bumbling Sakura. |

| With this episode already beginning to outline the salient points of this soul: Unlike the usual Majokko, Sakura's protagonist, it does not transform and is not invincible, besides the Costume Design is not monothematic, it will be seen in the future as in the anime series antecedents to it. Then in this episode we have already entered the field of friend Tomoyo and the excuse to do this is not so strong. Quality of designs and good animations. The opening and ending have an atmosphere so nineties. Ah! I have already said this before. Tehe! |

| This episode was funny with Kero and all. Sakura is getting bit used to the magical stuff and her love for Yukito is understandable. Tomoyo's scenes always crack me up. She just is purely obsessed with Sakura. I wonder if she is in love with Sakura. |

| Tomoyo a low-key classic yandere but super adorable and rich too. She even did the signature yandere pose way before Yuno even did it xD The Shadow card has been captured thanks to her help. The costumes looked good on novice mahou shoujo Sakura too. |

| Tomoyo is a sweetheart. I get the feeling that she will soon be more of a 'sidekick' to Sakura than just a schoolfriend. Let's see! Oh, and I love her hobby, it comes in handy now for sure! |

| Hm, interesting, how Sakura says "good morning" to mother's portrait on the shelf too.. I wonder, how family overall takes the death of the mother.. Some years passed, but still it can be anything.. lol, Tomoyo talks about trademark pose being needed for magical girls.. Tomoyo is a genre savvy.. ;D Ah, right.. Forgot that Tomoyo was daughter of some director or something.. ;D So many bodyguards.. Well, I guess, night is like that.. Protection needed.. Well, I agree with importance of outfit.. ;P It's actually nice that Sakura has Tomoyo as helper.. By herself it'd be harder.. I mean, she helped her with lights.. Maybe will help more later.. Also the thing that she can tell Tomoyo about her hardships is also important.. Otherwise maybe Sakura could become sad with time that she has to lie all the time to everyone.. Or have some other heavy feelings.. |
| It's interesting that Sakura's friend, Tomoyo already knows that she's the Cardcaptor. Even more interesting is the fact that Sakura's outfit doesn't change when she transforms, so Tomoyo provides her with costumes. |

| Liking this a lot so far. I made the mistake of watching Madoka Magica before this, so the shadows descending on Sakura was probably way more intense than it was intended to be. | Honestly this episode got me hooked. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to watch the series from the first episode but I made up my mind and I think it’s going to be a fun ride! Honestly Sakura is such a cutie, I hope to see her grow and evolve in much more as a Cardcaptor. Can’t wait to see how she’ll get all of the cards needed. |

| Well that didn't take long for her friend to find out. Sometimes it's better to get things out of the way as early as possible. I like how Tomoyo had a van full of clothes for Sakura to wear and she helped out in the battle. |
