| Not too bad, but Ian's story was too angsty for me. It also felt kind of heavy handed that they explained his motivations (I just wanted daddy to love me!) - very typical and could have been implied. Other than that, it was cool. Loved the scene where the street kid knifes Mihai. |
| This is obviously going to be best enjoyed by the manga readers. This technically one of the prologues of the series - a part of Dogs instead of of Dogs: B & C. |

| First OVA was decent enough. The premise seems pretty cool. But it did feel like they were definitely rushing through and there wasn't much direction. Just from first impression, it would seem that this is a series that would benefit from longer length of each OVA, as the 15 minute OVA is not enough to elaborate. But I'll definitely keep watching for the other 3 OVA's. |

| Thing is, I'm not really weighing it as its own story, I'm seeing this as an extra bit of entertainment to go hand-in-hand with the manga. Of course, I found the manga better, though I did like the VAs (GINGINGIN! and kyouraku. and ohara sayaka.), but Ian seemed way too nice and sympathetic, which I had a little problem with. Because I absolutely detested him in the manga. And it also seemed to be over too quickly and pile too much drama into 15 minutes. In the end, it was okay, it could've been worse. |

| The first episode was interesting as I thought because this story makes me enjoyed more. The animation and story are great so far even though, I hope this series should be longer more. |
| Yeah, you get the feeling it's too short - yet, it was exactly like in the manga. Pretty nice. It's always good to see the stuff know and like gets animated. |

| I was curious as to what Ian's motives were. That was pretty sad, didn't expect for it to end like that. I am guessing that each episode will spotlight each one of the characters? |

| Overdramatic, indeed. Animation is a bit iffy at some places but pretty decent overall. Soundtrack didn’t make an impact on me. What the hell is up with that ED? It’s creepy and disturbing. At last, it was nothing spectacular; the twists weren’t exactly impacting and the mushy-turn it took ruined the previous violent moments. It doesn’t mean it was bad, though. |

| Really, things here were too rushed. I didn't see Ian's death coming but I guess the story is not supposed to revolve around him(as I was thinking). So this first episode leads me to nowhere and I have no idea what is going to happen next. |

| Well that was short one, life's a bitch and then you die. LOL Mihai reminds me so much of Van Hohenheim from Fullmetal Alchemist series because of the resemblance. Anyway I knew something was fishy with the kid who bumped into him the first time around. And then it seems one of the other characters in the title card showed up disembarking from the tram. XP |

| I actually really liked this and I was surprised as I was told that if you liked the manga, you wouldn't really this the anime. While it was a bit rushed, I enjoyed seeing him move around and talk, I do wish that it was at least a 30 minute episode, but hey, some manga don't get anything. Poor Ian though, he only wanted to keep his "father" to himself. I can understand that, but I like in the manga, he was being way too selfish about it, especially when he killed the girl that was simply trying to be a mother to him, but he didn't think of it that way till he got older...or was dying, either way it was too late. |

| Noooo, stupid stupid episode! Ian wasn't supposed to die. <3 Okay he was a bit childish and didn't fit to be a boss, but I really liked him. And I understand his reasons to kill Milena. YoungVagabond said: In the manga, when he doesn't kill Mihai in the graveyard, you're completely shocked, because his portrayal up until that point has been that of a bloodthirsty lunatic. HIS EYES ARE CRAZY IN THE MANGA, something that is never once shown in the anime, where on the contrary, he's far too calm and understated. Also, that scene of Milena dying? Weak sauce. She was naked in the original, with breasts and pubic hair exposed. Made it more lurid and disturbing. Also, the way it was presented originally...as a random flashback, before any of the other backstory, just a naked woman shot to death by this insane teenager with the vicious eyes...was far more effective than the slow, gradual build they used in the anime. Why is it so damn difficult not to give spoilers???? Some of us haven't read the manga! I'm one of those who will read it after watching the anime. So stop ruining the story for the rest of us! There's something called hiding the spoilers. |
