| Sae is still keeping her feelings close. Looks like the school festival started but it's more than just the excitement around school. Despite all the drama, she was able to spent some alone time with him. Kouki had a lot on his mind too, even before this festival started. |

I'm curious if she's actually in love with Kamishiro, and the fact that they are cousins was the problem. But don't mind that, becasue in any case the cousin just lost to Iwata anyway, our brave girl said it. |

| “You’ve always been my star brighter than the sun” AHHHH THEY SAID THE THING!! PERFECT CONFESSION IM SO PROUD OF SAE. It wasn’t at the fireworks, wasn’t some perfect pre planned event, just Sae finally being honest with Kouki and taking that step forward. It’s awkward, genuine, heartfelt and true to who she is and that’s all that matters. Leaving off on a cliffhanger there is so criminal!! Give me Kouki’s response asap!! This episode was so well directed and generally a pleasure to watch. My only complaint is why Sae STILL thinks Kouki has a crush on Subaru, they’re fucking cousins!?! This is such a weird plotline, couldn’t the author have just given him a regular childhood friend to make her jealous instead of the incest misunderstanding? Again it was ok for like one episode, but why are we still doubling down on this. Even the other kids at school are joining in on it now and it’s so dumb. Like is incest normalized in this world?? I’m guessing that’ll be Ayukawa opening the door to check on Sae and comforting her after realizing she likes Kouki? Poor thing, great kid and would be a great bf for anyone, too bad Kouki got to Sae first lol. Obviously Kouki will reciprocate Sae’s feelings, I’m just curious how he’s going to confess to her. I like how they’ve handled the angst and drama so far, it feels very much how a teenager would handle stuff like this. Dramatic, insecure, etc. one of my fave recent shoujo romances. |

| Damn, it’s finally out! Wonderfully set up with the mood set followed by that tension rising with Kamishiro’s (what was originally meant to be) resolve-filled comment. This is one great Friday for romance seasonal lovers, am I right? Wasn’t expecting that dance move from Kamishiro’s cousin though, no wonder she is running ragged because of the event. But anyways, it’s time for the big conclusion. Also, I thought Sae-chan’s recommended song was going to be the Op. I seem to remember some scene confirming that, but hey, I’m a massive Yorushika fan so can’t say I’m complaining one bit though xD. |

| Well this was a depressing episode, the confession definitely felt really sudden and out of nowhwere like it was a really random time but it fit so perfectly since because of what Kouki said he unknowingly worried her and made her desperate which made her I suppose confess out of desperation. Cause I mean neither of them once considered the other might just like them romantically. Honestly I was really expecting Kouki to be the one to confess since Sae really felt too timid to do it but I guess in the end it was her. Hopefully Ayukawa can get her back on her feet cause I assume he's the one who found her |

| Of course, that's Ayukawa opening the door on Sae, will probably do his own version of a confession, and get shot down. Have a feeling Subaru will be the one who initially sets Sae straight. I think Sae thinking the Subaru-Koki "thing" is more based on her own self deprecation than Subaru being OP. |

| Wow. As soon as Kouki told Sae he was actually going to propose to the girl he likes, I was sure Sae would be too demotivated to propose to him herself, but then she actually went out and did it. Really brave of her. I definitely didn’t expect that. I can’t wait to see what Kouki is going to do now. |
