| I was really enjoying this, 2nd favorite show of the season. Now that we are getting a weird ntr'ish subplot it seems, I think I'll stop to enjoy this one as much. Really hope it doesn't go down that route. As someone who really never watched any Gundam, except from the occasional bits and clips from when I was younger. |

The modern vibe in this gundam show is really something else. About the episode, I expected the Black Tri Stars to survive at least 2 eps, but they didn't make it happen. Their 0079 counterpart survived more episodes. I don't know if we are looking at the beginning of a romance triangle, but I am all up for it. Next episode will be insane, can't wait. |

| That was such a weird episode. I also don't like how the characters constantly monologue in this series. I watch anime originals because I want to avoid that. Its such bad writing because its treating audiences like they're idiots. At least with adaptations, it makes sense why they include monologues out of fear that they'd miss out on some vital info. But, this is an anime original, it has no excuse. |

| Finally, Nyaan has actually joined the story. I mean, I'm all for them kicking Shuuji to the curb and rocking dual girl pilots. :P I thought Shuuji was drunk at first, lol. Seems he was just running a fever. |

| Man is there just I'm missing with this show? Because I'm watching and honestly it's just not grabbing me, the story, characters, not really doing anything for me so far. I especially don't understand what people find so interesting about Shuji, it's been 5 episodes and he feels more like a plot device than a character. And when it comes to Machu and Nyaan they're alright, but it barely feels like they're friends, feels like we see them have more a dynamic with each other in the ED than the actual show. |
| Though I couldn't find any use of Nyaan, she has woken finally. I also hope the boring boy will be revealed to be a human (or android) soon. |

| Nyaan shows us why she's one of the main characters. She's a newbie just like Machu but it looks like she's got better natural battle instincts than Machu. Is this building up to the Mav partnership between Machu and Nyaan? Well before that, Machu's gonna have to resolve their conflict first, because she seems pissed. As a fan of Witch of Mercury, I'm hoping this doesn't go the love triangle route. |

| Shuji: *Exists* Machu and Nyaan: For no particular reason, I think I'm in love with him. This reminded me of the nonsensical love triangle in Evangelion. Actually, in the movies, they made it a love square, didn't they. I don't think any of the characters have been fleshed out well enough to get me invested in this romance. Just last episode, Machu was saying she knows next to nothing about Shuji, and that's even truer for Nyaan. I guess they both just shallowly fell for his looks? 🙄 |
