Yeah, this battle got out of control. Now there's a flying fortress added in the mix.

On another note, at least Köinzell is getting some respect from the public. About time really. This episode and basically this series proves he has courage to take on whatever he faces ahead. Also starting to like Elsaria more and more with each epsiode.

Barestar is a complete coward to his core. The way he was forced to fight along side Ascheriit (Köinzell), just for the kings favor.

But his wrong deeds will never go away or the sins he have committed in his life.

With Barestar down and the hero count drops to 5. Now I'm curious as to how the public will react after learning that the hero killer saved the Free city and that one of the heroes was a tyrant.

It seems like Köinzell won't be a tragic hero that everyone hate forever. This town is now completely worshipping him, even if he doesn't want that.

One more episode, I wouldn't reject a season 2 idea.

For Barestar's own men to kick him off the last escape pod was such a poetic sendoff for a tyrant like him. Them fully recognizing his face but not his title made it even better.

I'd been kinda hating on this show in previous weeks, but I've got to say, that ending scene with Barestar was actually well done.

Naoya Uchida showed some decent range. You can tell he has years of experience doing voice work.

That said, the animation is still pretty rough and the first shot of the airship flying into the sky looked really bad. There's only one episode left, can they stick the landing?

Dude is just a son of merchant that got lost of a way home cause of some jealousy coward dude scheming the treachery route toward the mc.

As long as i find it so damn irony, at least his dead isn't really that bad, comparing the previous bro. Koinzell can have a mercy kill too, if needed...

All in all, two heroes unexpectedly being taken down this fast, and soon, Koinzell gonna use more hard route to bring down the remaining shits. Wonder if they dare to continue this again?

A 2nd cour with a bigger investment in animators would be a treat..

wow I really got emotional with that final scene between Koinzel and Barestar. I'm shocked considering all the shortcomings of this series, but glad as well. I do hope we get a second core, and YES, WITH BETTER ANIMATION.

Meh looks like they ran out of budget for ep 11. Guess the next episode will be properly animated.

@BanryuTV

Are you actually criticizing the animation and not just blindly praising it?????? Are you okay?

Damn I actually felt a little bad for Barestar at the end. He never even wanted to be in that position, clearly had mental issues and his dad just forced his wishes on him

The Free City of Jullus-Abllus finally recognizing Koinzell to be their true hero, and Elsaria commanding Glenn's Flagship only makes Barestar all the more infuriating.

Regardless, it's clear of the real threat being Barestar, and Elsaria maintains her Elector's position to exact justice against tyranny, giving the opportunity for both Koinzell and Aht to close in on Barestar. Even Rozen and Ichfeis coming in to witness the atrocity on Jullus-Abllus, of which the amount of damage is irrefutable. And before Barestar stood Koinzell, though his journey knowing Ascheriit to invoke emotions of the past being nothing more than a coward rather than a Hero.

Koinzell having no choice but to cut him down for being a pathetic hero, the son of a merchant who knows not much, yet being forced to be in the position as such.

The 2nd of the Seven Heroes down, and Barestar is really dealt with a bad hand.

Episode 11 Ubel BLEAAARGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

In the opening scenes, after one of the knaves goes BLEAAAAARRRGH!! after being slashed in half, Aht jumps onto the saddle of a dragon-beast thing wearing just the thong thing she has and they show just her crotch thumping down... that was pretty hot. It would have been even better if it had been better animated, and some bewb-bounce could have accompanied it... my my that would have been cute.
But this is Ubel BLEAAAARGHHH and we cannot have the kind of animation that used to pass as typical; we get this chop job.

But the best moment by far that had me laugh so hard I nearly choked- was when the magic flying machine thing lifts off from under its cover, and the very important character Wagge is hanging upside-down underneath it (did the Batterygrave order him tied up?) and like 2 seconds later his head whacks with a chimney- BANG!
It was so fast and unexpected!
Then some flashback happens about the 'Heroes' discussing that Ass-Cherry is taking all the credit for completing big missions and they don't want to be in his shadow. The Batterygrave guy apparently was the first to scheme taking out Ass-Cherry.
Then they go to the battle between the two CGI airships; Batterygraves Floating Castle and the Dragon ship that apparently belongs to Glenn. Then Amazon played some woke-ass car commercial, then Itchface and What's-His-Face are on their way to the battle, and see that the Batterygrave's floating castle has been badly damaged. Finally the plot of this show starts to open up some; as Itch-face and his buddy have no incentive to save the insane Batterygrave; Itchface will get even more fame if he slays Koinzell after taking down TWO heroes- so they're going to let it play so they can benefit. Nice.
Even at the castle, the Batterygraves people are abandoning him; why wouldn't they? Soon as an opportunity provides- people want to get away from these "heroes".
Elsaria is commanding the assault on the castle with Glenn's airship. After another huge hit- Koinzell is revealed in the moonlight facing the nut job.
The ending is way too emotional, there was no way that guy was a sympathetic character, he was too twisted to relate to. This time however Koinzell doesn't really enjoy slashing him down.
The animation improved somewhat- 4/5 I liked the episode. The ambitious music really played up the events

Barestar was a coward who profited out of someone's else accomplishments. Yes at some point he lost his mind but that doesn't take away his betrayal. Koinzell's too kind

Damnnnnnn that ending hit me in the feels man you can tell Koinzell was hurt when he killed Barestar, his tears told me everything like yes he’s out for revenge but it’s sad seeing the dude you’re about to kill lose his mind to insanity and wanting to go back to living a normal life like bro it’s too late for that and for that Koinzell had to kill bro, but damn Barestar’s backstory was interesting and I was hooked in wondering what bro did to Ascheriit but to me it seems like he was one of the heroes who was closes him so i see why he lost his mind, his guilt was eating him so bad to a point he became unstable, poor Koinzell man☹️☹️🙁☹️☹️☹️

The animation is actually pretty solid to me like yes it could be better but it’s a whole lot more enjoyable than the animation in TBATE, Blue Lock (eps1-9) and tbh the story is SO fucking good I wasn’t even paying attention that much the animation bc I’m so intrigued at Koinzell’s revenge and I’ll see it through to the end even if the animation is all that bc the story is just too good to miss out on + the animation when Koinzell lifted up his sword to kill barestar was good like that whole scene with the light from the moon was lit all together🔥🔥🔥

In this episode, I feel that it was more intense emotionally than in a physical fight, seeing how Balestar goes crazy upon realizing he is going to die and that his own subordinates betrayed him to save themselves. In the end, power blinds, and that is what prevented him from returning home.
