Ok people, it is about time i admit. its admiting time. this time, i will admit this time.

My best girl in anime has never won. I have seen hundreds of shows, ive been watching since about 30 yrs ago they didnt even have girls in anime back then but never has the character i rooted for actually win her romantic battles.

Either she is shafted early,

or she is unjustly rigged against in late game to create fake drama

when she has winning chances, the series never ends.

when she wins... like in a harem end, she is usually the last one secured so shes still the loser ig

The biggest case was when toloveru ran for 33 yrs but the day my best girl confessed the series ended without any resolution, was when i understood real pain. i was going down a dark path, a path no one needs to face, where everyhting i love is cursed to a life of misery and pain.

all this has made me question.
if the author and the mc dont want her
how can i have the losing girl for myself

@Zarutaku yuki made a weird decision by going first
everything called for her to go second, since she is already in the winning bias of people, no matter what speech her opponents gave, she would have had the power to revert the opinion of people

still no doubt alya speech itself and kuze's add on to that with the end trump card made Alya's speech just superior.
Just politics.

If anything yuki is too innocent for this, playing dumb games.

That was just plot convenience, since Alya & Kuze are the main couple the author needed them to be 2nd for the culminating effect, and he also made Yuki's speech lame on purpose so that Alya's appears superior, it was very predictable.

I feel your pain! It’s always tough when your favorite girl doesn’t get the happy ending she deserves. Anime can be pretty brutal with those romantic subplots. 😅

But I get it, sometimes it feels like the odds are always stacked against your favorite. Are those girls the only ones in all of anime you think was especially robbed?

Have you considered the possibility that you have some kind of special superpower that makes your favorite girl lose? Deep inside you want her to lose, and so you unconsciously influence the development of the plot in that direction. A sort of poor man's Haruhi omnipotence. That would explain everything.

You can have the losing girl to yourself partially by extracting her essence and recreating her as another character in a story, manga, illustration, etc.

As for claiming them for yourself? Your options range from making them your profile picture on MAL to joining r/waifuism, but I wouldn't recommend the latter.

You're in luck with Chizuru. Kazuya would be much better with Sumi or even Mini but it's too late in the manga to deviate, one day I think it would be interesting for a romance if an MC saw the main heroine as "not the one" and actually got with someone they had better chemistry with.

I've never understood why anyone cares if their favorite girl loses. If you really like her, why would you want her to end up with a guy who's probably not even that interesting? I say let the other girl(s) have the boring guy.

I have never been disappointed in my favorite girl losing, because they always make it super obvious who the main girl is anyway, so my expectations are already set that my Favorite girl isn't going to win.

I do agree though, that my favorite girl is very rarely the main girl, and the few times it is the main girl, it's because the main girl is the only girl.

This is why I play VN's, that way you can pick which girl you want to win.
