Daily walk is the best exercise you coul do. Try walking as much as posible at cost of some daily time. If you also add some streches to mahtain your flexibility and you would be 0erfect for the rest of your life

For now I try to do 20 minutes a day, multiple exercises each one for 30 seconds, when I'll get to the point [if I won't give up] than I'll add some more - No equipment, no weigths, just my body.

Status changed: Everything which I've written above is my evening/afternoon training.
I wanted to do something more difficult so additionaly to everything written in my initial post I am also doing in every morning, 25 push-ups, 25 sit-ups and 25 squats.
[Today was my 3rd morning of doing it] 25 As I am not that athletic to do more a day, after all I want to repeat that in next day and so on. If I will feel not tired by a future day, than I will increase my morning routine numbers x).
Quick note - the morning routine isn't meant to do that in a one go, if I don't feel it I am doing it in reps, ex. today I've done 15 push-ups in one go, 25 sit-ups, 5 push-ups, 25 squats and than the last 5 push-ups.
As a reminder -> Here's what I do every evening [right now resting from that and soon I am hitting a shower] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCQ2gC4DqJw

Why don't ya'll just do jobs that demand your body like picking up hay barrels?

Then you get paid while you work out.
@vasipi4946 Not a bad idea, if it weren't for how I don't want to lose my engineer salary, and rock climbing comes with the perks of great company.

I used to go to the gym every day, it was very good for both my health and my body. Now for work reasons I don't have that much time to go every day :(

I'd probably exercise more if I had someone actually tell me what exercises would give what results for me but I don't have that kind of pro support.

Again some changes:

Evening the same.
Morning - instead of 25, I am doing Bring Sally Up challenge for Push-ups, Sit-ups and Squats as I think they are better than doing 25x, especially judging on how I feel after doing it [Today as for 4th day trying -> Push-ups no progress 56 seconds, Sit-ups progression started from yesterday - 2:06, Sit-ups progression since day one, I almost finished whole song today - 3:08]
Additionally from today I do 5 minutes workourt for my forearms as I noticed I don't have that much of plans on that part of my arms.

Since summer I expect to be having a job which also would add up to exercising as Archaeology is a physical job so it might gonna change in a couple of months x)

@juanlqr You've got to be honest with yourself, man, that's not the whole reason. You can find something to do in short, intense sessions. Back in high school I used to do pushups three times a day to failure, that was it. Took maybe 5 minutes max when I had a good number going. And I had some decent pecs.

I should probably start doing that again

I definitely should, but for whatever reason just can't motivate myself anymore. Thinkin' if I fix my sleep schedule a bit and get some more motivation in other areas of life, that might follow suit. Or maybe it would work vice versa? *shrug*

I used to, but after I stopped it was hard to get back to exercising regularly. I do move quite a lot every day during the week so it's also something ig. But I decided I'll go back to it this year and so far I'm being successful

Yes. I do weight training and MMA for around 2-3 hours a week with the guys from work, and I also do cardio training, 1000 jumping jacks every day. If I am not sick or in pain those days I rest

Yes I do. I go for a rigorous walk pretty much every day. Also my job is pretty physically demanding in the food service industry, so I guess that would count too.

Since around a month my morning routine has drastically changed and since a week my evening routine received an upgrade,

I try to do it every morning, which has 3 different short workouts [in chronological order how I do them]:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_q_-adYzkh0 - Chest workout
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6auB47_9Kq4 - Ab workout
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmpuf2XKhxY - Core workout

And here's what I try to do every evening [same, in order how I do them]:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCQ2gC4DqJw - Full body workout
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5WxakEIRhw - Ab rhythmic workout [The difference is that I am doing it in half sit-up position around 45 degrees and I turn my whole body as in video it looks like he only moves his arms, the abs burn after that as hell]
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmRBkt7i3FE - Plank rhythmic workout [I am still not capable to do the full set, usually at touches my body gives up - around 1:47-1:50]
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5SKBRXAR1Q - Finisher, Forearm workout
