| Only a year? It's a sad reveal, you'd be too conscious of the time remaining to be free enough to fall in love and become a vampire. Mahiru looks like he'll have a subplot dedicated to him, if his night life is anything to go by. |

| Love the closeup shots on the handholding at the end. One is definitely infatuation, and the other… more so a platonic, even motherly interest. The parallelism between Mahiru looking at his gal and Nazuna looking at Ko is also interesting… there’s definitely some viable comparison between their dispositions at this moment in time, as if both are looking to please their partner. |

| Apparently it takes only one year to fall in love with a vampire because if that year passes and the person doesn’t fall in love with a vampire and begins then you will have missed your chance forever. Yeah things really have gotten interesting now we actually have some stakes going on there. So that means Kou really doesn’t have a lot of time to spend when it comes to wooing Nazuna as it were. Whilst Akira is at school, we are introduced to another ol’ childhood friend of Kou’s: Mahiru. The cool kid, the alethic one, the one that owns a flower shop and a charmer to the ladies. Everything that Kou aspires to be apparently. Speaking of Kou, he meets up with Seri again and gives him a list on what to do on a date with Nazuna. It doesn’t work out so well. Why did I get the feeling Seri made the list on purpose to make the date bad. Though that being said, a list isn’t entirely out of the question, maybe just add the things that Nazuna would like. Maybe could suggestions from her perhaps? Anyways that girl that Mahiru had at the end of the episode intrigues me. Who was he with? A vampire girl? Or a normal human being? Those are the questions I want answered. Hopefully we’ll find out soon in the next coming episodes. |

| Nazuna finding romcoms insufferable while being so bashful when it comes to actual romance wasn't only hilarious but an interesting look into how she perceives love. It's neat how Kou's childhood squad are still cool with each other. |
| I think Nazuna and Yamori are already dating as they are by doing activities together like roaming around the city at night or playing video games. |
| And a new old friend for Kou! Mahiru seems to be cool and is an important friend for Kou; after all, the two of hers have a girl for the night, hehe! |
