| What a fcked up story. Priest decided to copulate with an unknown being (in the form of a child mind you) to keep "himself" (himself being a copy with the help of this alien being) throughout the ages to serve it. I've always loved the question and philosophy of what makes us who we are and it's interesting to see yet another take on if a copy is really still the same person or an entire new being. The copy itself (unless it knows it was copied) wouldn't know any better and just keep on living like normal, same goes for the people that the copy is involved with - So in that sense it could be considered the same person even though it isn't. Also obviously Shide would make sure to not just have 1 copy of himself alive, it explains why one would have the burned hand and the other didn't. - Always make a copy of the copy :)) What's to stop him from having even more though, he could have an infinite amount running around depending on this alien being in the form of Haine. |

My favorite part of this episode was when they spent an entire minute talking about Final Fantasy VII

| I don't know why I'm a bit annoyed.... probably because they were so naive.... if Shide could be killed that easily, they wouldn't have to go to all this trouble. Ushio got too carried away with her anger when Shinpei said "wait", even though she knew that if she died then she would not be able to repeat time like Shinpei. Arghhh when they've come this far!!!! Why!!! Ugh. Unless she had put her "soul" inside Shinpei's watch or something before she died for real, maybe MAYBE she could come back...? But her body was already stabbed by Shide... ahhh damn T---T I'm so sad, I'm sad and upset!!! |

| Outstanding, outstanding episode! A lapse of judgment with disastrous consequences. The way they showed the death was incredible, no way around it. |
