DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Konki to jinenjo - "Perseverance and Jinenjo" Yamaoka literally bumps into an acquaintance from childhood, Hirai Kazuo, son of a past Gourmet Club worker. He's following his father's culinary inspiration by opening a restaurant, but only after having lived as a yakuza and alienating his parents. While he wasn't able to redeem himself before his father passed away, he wants to prove to his mother that he has changed for the better. The way to do that is to make some tororo-jiru with grated wild mountain yams! |
