Kill la Kill. The soundtrack alone is reason enough to rewatch. Superb voice acting, Trigger's unique art style along with an original story and strong female characters makes it one of my favorites.

Cowboy Bebop, everything is great, characters, visuals, soundtrack, plot... and you can binge watch it or watch some spisodes today and some next week. It's almost perfect.

One of the few anime where I will sit through the opening and ending and not get tired of it. Love that show to no end.

Can't tell you how many times I'll rewatch MUSHI-SHI. It's simple, and I can pick up on an episode a day, week, or month later. It never gets old, and never gets dry. Think I saw someone make a similar statement about Cowboy bebop earlier, but I needed to add this too

Higurashi, of course. I always learn/realize something new every rewatch (even if it's just via clips).

Fairy Tail, Highschool DxD, or Naruto. Those are like my go-to bed animes. So I cannot go to sleep to anime without any of those, and it means watching episodes i might've watched already.
"I suffered all my life. No one ever truly loved me. No one ever truly cared about me. I only loved one thing in my whole life and that was Christina Menefee. But she was torn away from me. I tried to save myself with [student’s name], but she never cared for me. As it turns out, she made fun of me behind my back while we were together. And all throughout my life I was ridiculed. Always beaten, always hated. [...] I am malicious because I am miserable."

"It was not a cry for attention, it was not a cry for help. It was a scream in sheer agony [...]"

Madoka Magica is definitely one of those ones where you'll probably find more stuff and subtleties you missed the first time around.
