| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- In terms of structure, this was somewhat similar to the original one-shot, but story wise it was quite different. The start with the monster sheep, heavily reminded me of the deer monster scene from the first chapter of Kemono Jihen. (I've attached a picture below) This kinda has the same vibe as stuff from Jump SQ or maybe even Gfantasy or Gangan Joker. I guess this was better than I would have expected, it definitely does remind me of some other things thanks to its main ideas, but I think this could be interesting enough as its own series. I guess I'll need to see more chapters to get a better idea of what the series is trying to do structure wise, at least at the start. At a first glance, the end goal might be a revenge story (reminds me of Kimetsu no Yaiba) and the villain waiting for the younger brother to grow in strength reminds me the Gon-Hisoka relationship from Hunter x Hunter. Although these ideas could definitely develop in a different direction in this manga, since we don't really know if that character is truly a villain and we don't know for sure why he's waiting for the brother to grow more in strenght, the character and his intentions are a complete mystery for now. I feel like we've seen a lot of blood manipulation powers in shounen manga, so it would be nice if this series tries to do some other more original stuff with this concept. Art wise, I'd say this is pretty solid. I'm not necessarily the biggest fan of the general aesthetic or of the character designs, but I can see it grow on me. It just doesn't feel that distinctive to me, I've seen other series with very similar art styles and vibes. The potential for this series is there, let's see if it uses the potential or not. |

| I liked the first chapter, the fast pacing was really nice and I like the characters. Shin seems like a really cool character and I also liked that they introduced the main villain right at the beginning of the series. Hopefully it will still be enjoyable in the upcoming chapters. |
| This chapter wasn't good. It felt like reading a WattPad story. Also, the artwork isn't that impressive. Though I'll keep reading it till at least the first volume comes out. |

| Lol Noblesse rip off? A lot of things are familiar with Noblesse but I like this premise. The brothers relationship is like Rai and Frankenstein. |

| Cancelled manga that had a pretty bad reputation while it was publishing, let's see what is was all about. The first thing I noticed was the sister and her neck being pretty much broken. I like Shin tho, he seems like a likeable protagonist, but is there a reason why he is so strong when he is the human brother? |
