| I don't really see any point to this. It differs by individual and has to do with culture and environment. It's a pretty arbitrary category. It depends on their neuroplasticity and amount of novel experiences. If they made seporate age ranges by sex for females it would be 20 and males at 30 from what I've seen in other studies if I recall the exact numbers right. When you ad them together you get around that middle number. |

Wow I didn't know about this, I always thought the BBC was a fair, reliable institution but maybe not? It's not even the first time they've done this. Unless this is just someone re-reporting the same incident and changing a few details to make it seem new, the same thing happened in 2016.
