I love the interaction between Vegeta and Master Roshi as IIRC they've never talked to each other.

..and Vegeta is still cool tsundere as ever^^

Wouldn't it be better if Vegeta remained in that container even for a long while? It would be a good twist. I was so overwhelmed when he fell to Frost's trap. It seems lately that good fortune is in the Universe 7's favor. We need a good twist that will exceed our expectations!

She got him back. If you understand the characters well enough, you'd know she did!

Frost learned the mafuba in one time, wtf. The robot got defeated and Frost escaped. Vegetta is really strong and Master Roshi can't fight anymore.

Oh yeah, the parallel Frieza is a genius like Goku who is able to use a technique after a singe watch!

is Frost have some copying technique? or thats just one great deflection technique that he have to get the Mafuba from Master Roshi?

Mafuba-gaeshi (returned/reversed Mafuba in english?) is simply using a "stronger" Mafuba" against the one thrown at you, thus sealing the first caster.
Piccolo (Jr.) had to train to master the Mafuba (that was used several times on him in his previous life) and so was able to use it to counter the one from God in an earlier part. It was not supposed to be something you just improvise like that. Also, the nature of the technique makes obvious the fact that someone able to "counter" the technique is himself able to cast one.

Just like @bailin10 said, you should not try to make sense of it. I guess we can just put that on the need for thrills and the firm decision of the anime to make old things big again. (the effort being shared with all those videogames created since the 2000s)

Muten was the positive surprise of this Battle Royale!!! For his fight level, he fought up of his power!!! I continue saying that the best for this episode would have been died for creating dramatics!!!

The Vegeta vs Frost/Magetta fight were pretty interesting.
Beerus showing respect to Master Roshi is a powerful scene.

I liked this episode.

I saw something strange with universe 4. Their team appears to have fewer fighters than the others.

It was obvious that Vegeta won't be eliminated. He couldn't be cuz he's 2nd most powerful fighter from universe 7.

I've not seen this mentioned as of yet, but during the episode Frost calls Vegeta a monkey. The Saiyans in Frost's universe don't have tails so the Oozaru form wouldn't exactly be known to him. It's not been mentioned to him by anyone either so it just seems odd how Frost pulled a Freeza and called him a monkey. I think it's just a hiccup in the writing but who knows.

Frost really is a fuck huh lol, but I like his showing here a lot more than the Universe 6 Tournament where he just cheated, I like seeing him be a bastard in more crafty ways than simply hidden weapons. His combo with Magetta was surprisingly strong too, it’s just unfortunate Magetta was finally taken out because of his one fatal weakness, he’d be such a powerhouse otherwise, funny how he got different earplugs this time tho, so that means Botamo was practically useless huh lol.

Now while I do like Frost here, it is kinda BS that he was just able to use Roshi’s attack like that with no explanation, it’s cool but how tho lol, and this was Roshi’s final stand too because after those two uses of the evil containment wave, he disqualified himself, sad to see that after he had such a good run but I guess it was the right thing to do, nice of Beerus to compliment him too. Also, that blue shapeshifting guy from Universe 3 got jobbed by Jiren, a bit of a shame because he was reminiscent of Baby from GT and I’m sure he’s strong otherwise, he just decided to pick a bone with the strongest guy in the tournament lol. And lastly, like other’s have said, Goku created some fake tension there when he supposedly took on Ribrianne while trying to save Roshi, but at the end it showed the two like they never even squared off, okay then lol, at least Vegeta got a good moment there with Goku fucking off.

Another one with cool strategies. I like seeing the non-Saiyan warriors fighting way more because they have to think to earn their victories. The redirection of the Evil Containment Wave was crazy! Roshi put in his all!
