Guacamele is an awesome game! Come to think of it I think I was just about at the last level before I stopped playing. Really need to go back to it.

Awwww I bet you're just being modest! If you want I can give you a list of games that have easy platinums if you want to increase that number. That is, if you don't mind having the likes of games such as Lizzie McGuire on your trophy list. Hey I won't tell if you won't! >.>;

This just reminds me that I'll never get my super old Steam account back. At this point I just wanna see how many hours I put into CounterStrike back then ;_;

Open question for all achievement and trophy hunters here. Doesn't it stress you out and kinda ruin the games to think about them? Or do you play through them normally and then go and look up guides to get all the things?

@NS2D I only hunt for trophies in games I actually like and play continuously. That question for @AmityBlight She's the biggest trophy hunter here.

Latest Spiderman 2018 remastered on PS5.

I have 324 platinum to be honest I stopped caring somewhere after I got 10,000 trophies which was like 2 or 3 years ago.

Screen shot on a thread that spla1tic thread of something. For games it wasn't as fun and hunting did ruin the experience. Looking at you SF5 and GT6. @NS2D @MissHeed

Oh right, Hannah Montana. See? They are so embarrassing that even I forgot the names of them. Hahaha! Megamind was another PS3 game I rented solely to get the easy Platinum trophy, then returned it. XD

The Callisto Protocol : 6/10

It's similar to Dead Space but doesn't come close in terms of tension and fear. The deaths also lack variety. Another point is the absence of a map which means you can get lost at times which is annoying.

Bloodborne: 9/10

I platinumed Bloodborne and at first, I didn't like it very much, mainly because I'm bad. But later, I got better, and the combat became satisfying to pull off. I rarely did parries because I thought the timing window was small and I forgot to do it at times, so imagine my surprise when I learned how to improve my parrying in NG+, especially when I'm trying to do the chalice dungeons. Also, I didn't know that you can stun enemies by launching a charged heavy attack behind them until NG+...

I didn't understand the story or themes of Bloodborne but at least I understood it was along the lines of eldritch horror and ascending one's body. I definitely searched online after finishing the game to understand what Bloodborne's about.

Just finished playing a game of Popeye the arcade. It's technically not a game that can be finished since it's all about getting a high score, so I guess it counts?

Tales Of Arise (PC) — 8/10.

Great overall, but -1 point for the unbalanced boss fights (their HP bars are just ridiculous, especially at the hard difficulty, which is what I went with). Even if you outlevel them by a decent margin — it doesn’t mean crap and you’ll still have to grind.
Also, -1 point for the lack of character dialogue variety. Basically, half of the skits are about them licking each other’s wounds. That dialogue IS necessary for the story to progress but there’s just too much of it.

Evan's Remains - 7/10

It was enjoyable, and I didn't regret playing it. The twisted story was unique, the puzzles were fairly easy, and it looked good

Metaphor: ReFantazio - 9/10

There’s still room for improvement in terms of writing, but man what a grand journey. Memorable cast, elevated gameplay, good pacing, captivating narrative, thematically inspiring message. Atlus outdid themselves again.

Hob - 8/10

I hated getting lost constantly, otherwise it had an outstanding level design where no two corners were the same and the combat felt good too. Especially after I realized that I can break wooden shields with a power punch

Silent Hill f 9/10

The franchise really needed this breath of fresh air. We got an intense horror atmosphere, paired with a personal and psychologically rich story. Just like in every Silent Hill game, but wrapped in a Japanese aesthetic. I also found it better than SH2 Remake, because f isn’t an overextended 20 hour game, and the enemy types are more diverse. Although the combat animations are a bit clunky, and the full price is a bit much.

Now that the hype for the franchise on my part is gone. I have to say the gameplay wasn't that immersive after the third route

FFX-2, 6/10

I always avoided it due to the tonal shift from the original game but I decided to give it a chance now.
The best parts are:
-The combat (the best implementation of ATB in the franchise).
-The job system which had some pretty cool and creative classes.
-The graphics. I played the Vita port with a utility that forces the maximum clock speed for the CPU and GPU at all times and the only times I had performance issues was when there were 4 enemies on screen and one used an AOE attack which is a fairly rare scenario.
The things I don't like are:
-The music. Especially the battle theme. It's annoying. Except of course the main menu theme, it's awesome and I already downloaded the sheet music from Musescore.
-The main plot. Thinking back at FFX, I don't think that it was planned and it shows. The side missions on the other hand were fairly interesting as they deal with how the world and characters have moved on after the events of FFX. They're like an extended epilogue.
-The tonal shift from the previous game. FFX wasn't always serious but it was good at balancing its light hearted moments. FFX 2 can get very goofy at times and only gets somewhat serious at the last hour.
-Most of the environments, NPC and enemy models are reused from FFX

I'm a bit torn on the game's structure. I much prefer the traditional FF structure where you open more of the world up as the story progresses and then get all the end game content after you are able to travel to entirety of the mal. FFX 2 on the other hand is split into 5 chapters and you can fast travel everywhere from the start. There are different side missions in each chapter spread to different areas of the map. The reason I said I'm torn is because I played the Vita version and I took the game on the train a lot. The mission structure is ideal for short bursts like that. It actually reminds me of how Crisis Core, the big popular handheld entry in the franchise, was structured.
I'm also a bit torn on Yuna and Rikku's redesign. Rikku would definitely wear an outfit like that but Yuna's new outfit seems a bit out of character. Yeah I know it's been two years, she's no longer a summoner and she's more confident now but her personality isn't that different from the previous game.

Banner of the Maid PS4 : 7/10

A very honest tactical RPG with a gripping story and well-crafted characters. And a game set during the French Revolution always has a special cachet for me. The character design is superb too.

Well i just finished Silent Hill f.

Started playing it just to try but it was so cool so i completed it.

Atmosphere of 60s japanese village is great!

I loved the first part of the game, when you are just wandering around old japanese village.
I also liked the school and Hinako's house.

But i didnt like part in the other world with Fox much, it was just wandering around in the dark without any atmosphere.
I also didnt like much that there was a lot of boring battles before the end.

The ending is weird.

So in the end... What was that?
I didnt understand anything.
The plot is completely surreal.

I also want to mention that i liked how they raised the topic of social pressure and traditions. It feels quite vengeful and harsh but it was cool and tbh its just true.
I specially like how they made that pregnant monster spitting out other monsters - i have always thought pregnancy and childbirth is really disgusting things.

So overall i dont regret finishing it.
I watched other endings on yt -

The UFO ending killed me, lol.

Meh. Even for a 2d top-down game from 90s, it had aged real bad.
I don't know why they do this, but it's pretty much impossible without a guide/walkthrough.

I recently finished the remastered Devil Summoner game Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army. I have it on PS2 along with the 4th one in the franchise but it's been forever since I last played them and wanted to give this one a try as it was on sale on Steam. I don't really remember much of the original one so I couldn't even tell a lot of what was part of the new game vs the old game lmao.

I enjoyed it a little slow at times but I always like the SMT series with the fusion and recruiting demons etc. I will give it a 7/10. Now I want a Digital Devil Saga remaster...
