| I thought so, Gon mentally broke down earlier and that was just because he tough Kite was massively disabled by Ptiou, but nit it went from that to something so extreme he didn't even make a case for. |

| it's not just because Kite is the reason Gon want to be a Hunter, to find his dad, but also because every arc they always meet someone who taught them nen, who train them to be stronger, and to see that person who is supposed to be your mentor, to be killed in front of your eyes, makes Gon can't stop blaming himself for being so weak, adding with his naive personality that can't take reality in the face, it really hurt him deeply that Kite is dead... |

| Kite was such a kind and loving character. It's understandable how Gon would react like that. Poor him. And based on the next episode preview, I think Pouf just made a fatal blunder by manipulating Pitou. |

| despite the fact that I already know what is going to happen thanks to CERTAIN FRIENDS OF DISCORD, the dark sensations feel to the maximum god, i thought that gon had too much sadness than he should have but thanks to reading the 1st chapter of the manga at the start of the anime, I understand that kite is the reason he became a hunter and practically all his motivation to go out into the world, such was the sadness that he felt wow |
