| This episode was really touching. I miss the moments between Tsunade and Jiraiya that would take place during the Search for Tsunade arc. The talk about Minato, Kushina, and Naruto was really heartwarming too. Jiraiya's departure was very well done overall. |

| Damn this episode had so many spoilers. Do you remember Kakashi team member, Uchiha Obito, the one whose right part of the body was crushed, and thus Kakashi got his left-eye Sharingan from him? When Pain and the Akatsuki girl talked to their leader, who turned out to be Tobi, he has shown his right eye, which was a Sharingan. This surely isn't just a coicidence. Another spoiler was that Namikaze Minato (Yondaime) and Kushina are Naruto's parents. And about Jiraiya's farewell and the fact that Pain never lost a battle before... | really didn't see the talking about naruto's parents coming o_o and something happened between naruto and itachi, seems they won't show it yet. they builded the tense pretty good for the upcoming arc. |
| Idk it feels like Itachi and Sasuke are gonna clash soon also I'm getting hints that something's gonna happen to Jiraiya. I fucking hope not! My poor heart wouldn't be able to handle that :'( Wait so Naruto's mom is Kushina and his dad is Minato Namikaze? The 4th fricking Hokage??? And I think Kakashi's team leader was the 4th Hokage. So Kakashi and Jiraiya know about Naruto's parents but why didn't they tell him?? Also did Itachi smile when Naruto told him he cares about Sasuke like a brother. What did Itachi tell Naruto though? Anyways Karin feel so annoying tbh. Even Sakura seems heavenly in comparison to her. |

| (Note made April 2nd) Why people don't ever talk about how Naruto and Itachi made some unsaid union to save Sasuke's ass. Translation Itachi: Come out, Naruto Uzumaki. Naruto: Are you here to catch me? Itachi: No, I just want to talk with you. Translation Naruto: You don't hunt me anymore? Then, it's-! Itachi: I have to go. Itachi: There's some important task I must complete. Translation Kakashi: What happened? Naruto: I stumbled upon something. Naruto: It doesn't matter, keep looking Kiba. |
| Rewatching this with my dad, and personally, the entire scene with Tsunade and Jiraiya talking to each other at the bar and outside is one of my favorite scenes in the series, it's so simple, but there's this looming threat, that something might happen to Jiraiya. Info dumps are dropped about Naruto's mom and dad in the process, everything feels so natural, it truly feels like two old friends talking to each other, not knowing if this will be the last time they meet. Jiraiya is the only one left from Tsunade's past, Hiruzen, Dan, Nawaki, Hashirama, her unnamed parents, even Orochimaru, are all dead, she only has Jiraiaya as her final lasting bond. The lighting, the quiet nature of it, Tsunade's tears and Jiraiya's farewell, are all done so well. My dad is not ready to see what's about to happen |
