Made by the Japanese Imperial Navy. This film was a propaganda campaign made for children depicting Momotaro, a Japanese folklore hero, and his little forest friends as they fight for the emperor to defeat the white man on, "Demon Island". Demon Island is a topical place resembling Hawaii and the Philippines. It's white rulers are a fat and cowardly lot, eager to surrender to Momotaro and his furry friends.
