Recommendations

Both revolve around very similar plots which is hard to delve into without spoiling the main points of the story.

Both Shows deal with Time Travel and Despair. One is a movie and one is a series thereby the latter making it longer to reveal the secrets behind time travel. A story about second chances.

If you looking for some supernatural mixed with some romance stuff, then kimi no nawa might be a good recommendation for aobuta movie, the storyline was stunning that'll surprise you. Romance giving it some sweetness along the way.

Both films are sequels to popular series and follow protagonists who must travel through time to save the one they love. The films explore emotional sides of their characters in greater depth than before and maintain the level of quality expected from their respective series.

Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl draws inspiration from the shock scenario of I Want to Eat Your Pancreas. Although Seishun requires a 13 ep season leading up to the movie, the payoff is so much better.

The protagonist time travels to the past to save a young girl, both very heartfelt stories.

First, sorry for my bad english xd Now,i think this anime is very emotional and has qualities that make people question life. The sequel to this anime really made me emotional even though I am not an emotional person and really made me cry. Do not forget to take toilet paper with you before watching: D

A supernatural love story. Although Weathering With You and Bunny Girl Senpai: Dreaming Girl vary a lot, both follow an MCs who aids their respective heroine. Without going into a spoiler, both also have a similar plot twist. Both are great supernatural romance about valuing others close to you and actions taken if something were to happen...

- the main character (male) is surrounded by female friends, but it isn't a harem - the main character is attracted to the main girl who holds a high status position (actress/model, candidate for royal selection) - the main character harnesses a form of time travel to rescue the main girl - both animes have a side girl in love with the main character. the side girls in both animes have similar personalities and are voiced by the same person.

Both films deal with journies through multiple timelines with the goal of saving ones life, with romance included. They also both start off fairly understandable before becoming more complex/confusing later on

Similar tone, similar seasonal setting. Romance plot line. Light novel adaptation. Similarly nonsensical story that can still be enjoyed.

Harem romance (not ecchi but multiples girls around one male MC) in a paranormal/fantastic setting. Same twist, except that Bunny Girl senpai doesn't bother to build it up properly.

The stories take place in a winter setting. They involve a lot of girls going through mystical manifestations and also they feature romance between the main character and the girls around him.

Fighting against time and destiny in order to save the loved one, where the multiple fails can either destroy one's will, or in the contrary renforce it

- Both have a protagonist that is a double of one's past or future - The main protagonist tries to help them become one Both are really good movies!
