Both have nearly completeley useless male protagonists, both are Harem, both have an animal-like person....

Both are about a inhuman girl, who falls in love with a human boy. Both are school, comedy, and very echii series!
report Recommended by virix-kun
Inukami also has a diety involved in the main plot, and the ecchi aspect is off the scale. Has a generous ammount of comedy along with an enjoyable story, its a series that gives you the feeling should i be watching this, or awww...kawaii

Similarities: Both chiquitas (female lead) want's to pop the muchacho's (male lead) cherries. Both muchachos (male lead) lived a quite and simple life until the chiquita (female lead) came to cause mischief in the lives of the muchacho. Both have a sudden girl friend appearance genre and school genre. Dissimilarities: One muchacho (male lead) can control his chiquita's (female lead) sexual mischief, while the other is a pussy to even say no to the chiquita. The chiquita in one anime is the one protecting the muchacho, while in the other anime the muchacho has to protect the chiquita from herself, due to the fact that she does all kinds of crazy  read more

Take a magically imbued school girl and mix in a short guy she can take advantage of.

They both share similar ecchi epicness. Kiss x Sis (TV) is starts out more extreme than Kanokon, but they are both definitely together on the pushing edge of the ecchi genre.

Borderline Hentai is the theme of both of these series. However the stories in both are just good enough to keep you entertained while watching a few at a time unlike the pointless prospect of bingeing hentai. Both have a male MC that at first is against the sexual assault that onslaughts him but he slowly begins to accept it. Both each have 2 main girls that go after the MC while Kiss x Sis has a few more side characters as well. Both very much work as a substitute for hentai.

Both have completely perverted girls who just want to have sex with a pretty lame guy. Though in B Gata, the guy is actually interested in the sex. Both also have two girls who are interested in the main character.

Similarities: Both of the exhibits a sotacon complex ( older girl to younger man). Both Feamle lead have special abilities, but has to relay on the male lead for their addtional abilities. And, aside from pant shots there were also nipple shots as well in both animes. Disimilarites: The addtional genre in "Kanokon" is comedy and superntural, while in "Freezing" the addtional genre is Action, sci-fi and shojo. The main female lead in "Freezing" trys to avoid his male lead at frist, while in "Kanokon" it is the feamle lead who steps into the male lead's life. The female lead in "Kanokon" is a tease, while the female lead in freezing  read more

Similar art-style, very fun comedy ecchi and many many fanservice.

same kind of girl wants boy and boy is afraid to do anything about it, even when hot girl throws herself at him. Lots of funny situations come up and you can't help but laugh. DearS has a little bit darker story later in the series and has a fighting element. Over all if you liked all the ecchi and laughs in Kanokon you'll most likely enjoy DearS

Both series are supernatural ecchi 'unwanted harem' love comedies with boatloads of fanservice and a very similar sense of humour. Kanokon has animal spirits and Ninomiya-kun has succubi, but the only notable difference is actually the 'normal human' protagonists: helpless, hapless, jailbaity Kouta and battle-hardened high school warrior Ninomiya.

There is some kind of fantasy element in both. Cute girl likes tiny guy. Plot-wise, Girls Bravo is better although both series lack strong development. As for fan-service, it exists in both but Kanokon wins by far. Both are good for ecchi entertainment.
report Recommended by Annisa
Both are about Fox spirits who forcefully make their way into the male protagonist life. The only difference is that Kanokon has many more (hard) ecchi scenes. While Tayutama is has more (soft) ecchi or doesn't even has any.

Similarities: -Same sotacon kind of relationship where it involves older girl to younger boy. -Same very clinging Cougar who sexually harasses her tadpole. -Same comedy, romance and harem. -Same situation where tadpole is seemly can't make a decision of whether he'll get serious with a hot Cougar or just distance himself from her. -Same male tadpole character whom were voiced by a female seiyuu.

Both are comedies with magical main female protagonists and mature content, and crazy on their own ways. While Dokuro-chan is violent and gory, Kanokon is erotic with lots of bare female skin. Even though they are cute animes, they're definitely not for kids.

Same producer, ecchiness, and character similarities

seeng lil Koushi, made me think of kouta from kanokon x] both have same ecchi vibes, harem and few uncensored szenes

"How is Wagaya no Oinari-sama. similar to Kanokon?" Thankfully it's not other than the fact that Wagaya no Oinari-sama also has deities who are foxes. Kanokon was a complete let down for me. If your unsatisfied with Kanokon and wished there was an alternative to that horrid piece of trash, then look no further. Wagaya no Oinari-sama has everything Kanokon does not. Story, plot, and character development. Kanokon was the poison. Wagaya no Oinari-sama is the Antidote.

Both harem orientated shows which are better known for being risque, more than anything else.

The main females have very lovely character designs and a one-track mind that revolves around the MC.
report Recommended by shigeru212
Both female leads are of different species, aggressive toward the main protagonist (Kanokon is more ecchi), and have a strong fiance. Both main characters need to sync to gain power.
report Recommended by chie019
Both anime has a character who merges with a spirit/gods to defeat their enemy. Both anime have fansercive with the main girl having big boobs. Both are fun to watch if you want something that doesn't really have a plot.
report Recommended by Deknijff
Both animes follow a harem theme and surprisingly a very nice plot, Shuffle! has an amazing ending and definitely got hit in the face by the 'feels train'. Moreover, when Kanokon ended I ended up with the 'anime hangover' so both are very nice animes and would definitely recommend them!
report Recommended by Olaternatum
Both of these animes have animal spirits or some type of supernatural beings, they are both great watches and I highly recomend them who has passe that "weeb" stage of pervertedness.

both have MC that have been pulled into a conflicts between supernatural. both have strong female characters that are overly bold in Kanokon Chizuru what nothing more than be the MC girlfriend and take things to a very adult level much to shock and surprise of MC that wants a normal live although he as feels or develops feels for her late and in Tsuguomo Kirihha dominated the MC in a rough lovely way in both the MC fight alongside with the leading lady both have harems less so in Kanokon that more of a love triangle both have ecchi scenes difference are many but  read more

- Shidou Itsuka = Kouta Oyamada (Male MC) - Origami Tobiichi = Nozomu Ezomori (Light haired dandere) - Tohka Yatogami = Chizuru Minamoto (Dark haired that first captivates male MC) Both involve an indirect love triangle and although the two female MC fight each other, mostly over male MC, they eventually team up to fight a bigger evil. Both also involving kissing that either unlocks power (kanokon) or seals power (DAL).

Needless and Kanokon similarities: - Both have a younger boy involved in the story. - Both have lots of fan service. - Both have characters with strange powers. - Both have students and a school they go to. Although, Needless has more action (which is always fun to have) and less romance than Kanokon, it was still a good anime, and just by the ending theme song i knew it was ecchi. Hope I Helped!

Has the fundamental basics of an older non-human female having a "lustful" relationship with the younger male protagonist. And both characters rely on each other to overcome supernatural challenges. And both anime involve a school setting.
report Recommended by greed2
Similarities: Same strange mysterious girl to normal guy arc. Same sotacon relationship between girl and boy. Same mischievous girl poking fun with the guy. Same school and supernatural genre. Dissimilarities: One is a ghost while the other is a deity. The guy ( aside from the relative) in the other anime is the only one who can see the girl, while in the other anime the girl is very visible to everyone else, but only a few knows that she's a deity. One has censored fanservice while the other has intense fanservice. One has an extra comedy, romance and ecchi genre, while the other has mystery and horror as it's extra genre.

These anime both have sudden girlfriend appearances. In kanokon The female leads basically try to rape the male lead. In girls bravo its more of them trying to be his girlfriend ( exept for lisa who try to rape him and marry him)

Same genre and art style.

Boobs boobs Boobs. A key part of the comedy these too share.
report Recommended by OKIJIN
There's a lot of horny girl on feminine guy in both shows. There's even a similar scene were the lead gets the girl's breasts in his face as he sleeps! Both shows are very perverse as well, so beware.
report Recommended by emperortopaz
Even though both anime show completely different plot lines, there are still a few similarities. Spirits like Pete from Ginban Kaleidoscope and Chizuru from Kanokon are able to light up your everyday life simply with their presence. The one is striving and ready to help. The other is a little horny. But the both of them are kind-hearted and loving. They will do anything it takes just to make their most important people happy. And that's not all there is to see - there are many shared feelings and secrets that tie together Sakurano and Pete (Ginban Kaleidoscope) and Chizuru and Kouta (Kanokon). Just watch  read more

They both involve a preteen boy and girls trying to get with him. They have a similar setting in school. Even the supporting character resemble eachother. The twins, the nerd, the peace keeper and the wacky comedical friend of the main character.
report Recommended by ItzAlex
Main character girl, Kurumi hugs main guy character the same way as Chizuru hugs this guy. The show also has similar action and comedy and a flatchested character shos up later as a love rival.
report Recommended by Squiggles
both are well ummm Harems and well umm the two main girl characters are umm how do I say this ummmmm well.....rape in Kanokon so far and school days has ummm sexy - the Y and both are just screwed up. >_<

Both the girl wants the boy but in this case they're a lot of girls and the boy have to form a group of girls to fight, same kind of Ecchi show, panty shoots...
report Recommended by oblow20
If you like the bawdy fun and sexy girls in Kemeko you'll like Kanokon too.
report Recommended by dbaranyi
Both evolve around the same pervertedness that involves the female character wanting to have sex with the male character. Same type of comedy used too.
report Recommended by Virgil
Protagonists both have to worry about their superhuman partners. Humor is on the same level, though Kanokon has more adult content.
report Recommended by 13rock
Same Genres and about a wolf /human
report Recommended by Ex_Machina
If you are into fox girls. The Korean version is more for children, when Kanokon, is rather for adults, but they are based on the same legend.
report Recommended by harrypotter
The shows heavily rely on humor, which mostly come from the girly protagonists reactions to the affections of the airhead heroine.
report Recommended by Radzeer
Both revolve around one main character who is often the subject of unwanted (or wanted) sexual attention. And both are funny in the same sense of the main character being put in embarrassing situations.
report Recommended by Biohazzard
A very beautiful girl falls for a normal, nothing special guy. After the guy meets the girl, his life is turn upside down and meets more people. In addition to that, both series has a tremendous amount of ecchi/ fan service.
