from the animelon 'about' page:

"Learning a language can be difficult; often times it is boring and tedious, so we want to help the language learning community by providing a more entertaining and engaging way to learn. The idea of Animelon is to provide interactive tools that assist users in learning Japanese as they watch anime. If you love watching anime, why not make more out of the time spent?"

this is part of a series of stacks on the japanese-language-learning-focused anime streaming site animelon. the anime are listed first in order of difficulty ranking according to JPDB, from the easiest (level 1) to the most difficult (level 10), and then by MAL members of the earliest season listed. I will include include all seasons, entries etc. that are available on animelon, with notes that include information on other series entries.

If you are tired of over-sexualised moe anime girls and looking for something better, then these animes probably will suit you.

These are basically just comedy anime with mostly female characters, but with less moe aspects and more comedy when compared to others.

If you are paying attention, you might notice the formula they use to base the persona and relationship of the characters:

One girl is tomboyish, loud stupid.
One girl is 'normal' stupid.
One girl is moe/cute, quiet stupid.

One of them must be 'smart', so one of them can give a plausible solution if the situation requires it.
One of them must be rich, or extremely lucky, so they can afford a holiday to anywhere the plot requires, or a house party sometimes.

Anime that give off romantic/nostalgic vibes, and touch something deep within me, and that for some reason make me feel VERY happy and sad at the same time... As if they gave me EVERYTHING my heart desired in life, only to snatch it away out of nowhere with a blow to the face and then throw me into a dungeon for years.
It is to be lost in life but to find salvation.

I added the anime that made me feel those emotions the most so far.
This list is for otakus or individuals who can relate to some extent with what I am communicating.

Characters visiting the beach for an episode is a super common anime trope. This list compiles these episodes and is always being updated.

Think something should be added/edited? Let me know :)

This stack is dedicated to unusual characters who, for some reason, were forced to live like ordinary people and study nuances of normal life. Preference was given to anime that were as close as possible to modern everyday Japanese life, since most of the classic reverse isekai are pure action and there are so many of them that there are enough such anime for a separate stack (which I created too, lol).

This stack is intended for anime where evil or stereotypically evil characters and factions are depicted as benevolent or even downright nice people. Without deconstructive "evil and good are relative", just wholesome, comedic or bait and switch content with benevolent and friendly evil.

All of the series in this list have a fairly important amount of slow, relaxing and daily life content, but they do not have the slice of life tag.
If you like the genre, this interest stack could help you find some new ones.
