Synopsis

Manami is your typical schoolgirl, despite the odd machines her grandfather is always building. One day, though, an odd evil robot comes to attack Minami's school, and commits the ultimate offense of threatening her friends... and ruining her lunch. Now, she will stop at nothing to return order to the world in her grandpa's newest creation: the mecha Del Power X.

It's hard to tell if this is the greatest satire ever, or a poorly done comedy show. I think it succeeds on both equally, forming a great b-anime. Shitty voice acting, inane plot, and terrible art/animation are just a few of the things that plague this anime. That doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it thoroughly though.

The characters were so perfectly cliche that they actually managed to be good. Charlie Secto and Nick Jagger are some of the best characters I've ever seen. I'm surprised this doesn't have the #1 best selling soundtrack ever, the music is that great, especially the read more
