Both series contain a similar story and general feeling as the main protagonist becomes a figure of importance at school.
Both series are categorized as harem as various girls competes for his affections. And of course, the girls have various personalities that creates comedy, drama, and romance.
The MC from both series came from a rich ass family and as soon as they transfer into a new school the all the Female MC just......you know harem stuff
Similarities:
Both involves brocon.
Both have a the same harem, comedy and school genre.
Both involves the harem who wants to pop the guy's cherries.
Dissimilarities:
In one anime the guy has to find out who among his harem is his sister, while in the other anime the guy knows who his sister is.
The guy in one anime is filthy rich, while the guy in the other anime has to run the dormitory to earn a living.
The harem in one anime lives with the guy, while the harem in the other anime lives away from the guy.
These two series are both about love between a brother and a sister.
In NakaImo, the main guy must find a marriage partner at his new school in order to claim his huge inheritance. The catch? His sister also attends that school.
In OniAi, the main guy is reunited with his little sister after six years apart, only for said sister to repeatedly express her incestuous love towards him.
NakaImo has a little more mystery (nothing complex at all) and OniAi is maybe more comedic, but essentially, if you liked one, you will enjoy the other.
OniAi and NakaImo the younger sister is DEEPLY inlove with their older brother
OniAi and NakaImo is a School, Romance, Harem, and Comedy Genres

-The atmosphere is similar in both (Light-hearted, and very short scenes of plot progression

-Both take place in a school setting, both Nisekoi and NAKAIMO are realistic Slice of Lifes
-Nisekoi focuses a bit more on comedy, NAKAIMO has other things such as fanservice and ecchi
In a harem comedy anime, one major problem writers have to overcome is how to maintain the "harem" situation, since in normal circumstances any such arrangement would quickly collapse.
Most harem comedies do this by making the protagonist or the girls (or both) defective in some way (stupid, socially inept, etc.).
One of the reasons I like Nisekoi is that (while some of this is still present), there are more complex plot devices at work which which sustain the harem (the question of the childhood promise and the need to fake a relationship to avoid a turf war).
Kono Naka does this even better; the protagonist is even more sane but is dealing with the twin pressures of having to marry before graduating highschool and knowing that his biological sister (whose identity he doesn't know) is a student at the school and actively trying to seduce him. The circumstances and decisions of the protagonist are things a reasonable person might do, and this makes for a much more interesting story than "the protagonist is too emotionally immature to choose a single girl". read more

The main character of one Anime has a fiance suddenly sprung on him and the main character of the other Anime has to find a fiance and marry her before the term ends. The idea of the fiance living with the guy before marriage is also there and they have similar art styles.
Both anime are about the brother and sister relationship.
The difference between these two is that My Little Sister Is Among Them! the brother is trying to find his sister while oreimo 2 is more on hanging out with your sister playing eroge games.
Both of them solve a lot of mysteries. NakaImo has romance in it; Hyouka only has a pinch of romance in it. They both use different methods for solving the problem at hand.
Need another silly-but-fun harem style series to sate your hunger for more awkward ecchi-induced laughing fits? Of course you do, that's why you're on one of these anime's pages.
Do you like cute, seemingly innocent girls? The same ones that end up in the most "hen" situations possible thanks to their sneaky scheming? Do you enjoy watching your wimpy harem protagonist MC being sexually harassed by said girls into submission while you laugh at his expense?
The legendary Kiss x Sis has got you covered. Oh, and Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! ain't bad either (it also lives up to its title's name *hint*) - and look, there's even Ako-nee and Mikazuki to greet you there too! read more
