The art style is similar to the special episodes, Oogiri New Saga. Unlike similar specials, the characters are way expressive. This is why, as far as animation is concerned, I give props for both Oogiri New Saga and Idobata Kaigi de New Saga. These special episodes seem to be the previous parts of a regular episode, shown after the ending theme song.... read more

These short chibi episodes, Oogiri New Saga, are formatted like a quiz where Urza is a quiz master and the other characters are players. It's barely funny, so personally, I am not inclined to recommend it. That said, I love the animation. To be honest, it could have gone to just another talking head art style that reminds you of Macromedia Flash.... read more
