Just curious, we'll make sure to figure this out one way or another. I'll look around the net for instructions if I have to. Tell me about the problem you are having again, you can't get it to mount? Are you using Magic Disc like usual? I'll try with Daemon tools when I get around to it. Which should I download, the DA or the DA free? What does that even stand for anyway?

Lets firuge it out man, that is the version I was looking for. Perhaps comment in the thread there and explain the problem you were having? I haven't ever downloaded anything from there but just by looking in it seems many of them know what they are doing most of the time. I'll start my own download of the file in a sec. Are you still at school or do you have early release?
Well, all I see in the comments is a flame war and nothing productive or helpful as of yet. Though if/when we get this done I don't think we'll be too disappointed.

No I never did get around to it and where did you download it from, Pirates Bay? When I looked the only torrents they had there were the original Japanese version with added subtitles and not the JAST USA edition which is what I was going for. If you don't know what to do I certainly don't but maybe we can figure it out together? Can I have the link?

It definitely wasn't the ending that did it for me nor was it the foreshadowing per se. The society was just poorly built with a weak plot to hold it up, so I didn't really appreciate how easily the writers for the show just dismissed some things. The whole amnesia thing, did the characters just accept it that easily? I understand the state of the society, but sometimes they're entirely oblivious to human values, even when they grow up as adults. The story taking place in a supernatural world does excuse this a bit, but still a bit of a loophole. Yeah, it was really just interesting and enjoyable fun, without applicable substantiations, at least.

The character relationships and dynamics within Shinsekai really intrigued me as to how the humans evolved into its constructed universe, and the complexity of the issues presented (mind manipulation) was intertwined in a manner I don't seen stories do often, really. However, I had a bit of a problem with the Cop-Out ending of (surprise) they're all humans! Since, it was a simple resolution to what remained ambiguous throughout the story, causing negligible, trivial suspense, which was another element I had with Shinsekai. Overall, I really did enjoy the series and the ED was always delighting to hear every time it played, and the ED really echoed the themes in the show, which, although interesting, just happened to be poorly executed on a rudimentary level, terminally impacting the show, negatively.

Well it's natural to talk a lot about something that's in the near future, so no worries haha. But yes you got it right, I'm particularly interested in psychology, though I'm starting to become interested in varieties of law as well. Maybe business law even, but only time will tell when I can fully grasp an understanding of what specific field I want to work in. Engineering and Computer Science is a really abundant field to work in, so it'll be nice when you eventually readjust in college.

Neither do I, to be honest, so I'm still a bit bitter on settling on any scores for it currently. I thought the chapters before the festival were pretty nice, but now that Kasuga's in high school it's starting to look a bit lame and dragged out. Though, the latest chapter was pretty exciting, with him screaming the most insane thing ever to Aya in front of her bf.
Oh I see, the thing about series such as One Piece and Bleach are their lengths, and the fact that I can't ever seem to get around to them. Naruto is the only long standing anime I've been able to watch extensively, since I don't have Toonami access anymore, really. So I have to use online torrents and that's a lot more tedious than catching it on Toonami.
I remember talking to you about college, but we never really discussed about any future careers, maybe mentions of engineering, perhaps? My poor memory aside, what degree do you see yourself getting into in college (since it's pretty soon)?

Hey ace, how's it going man? Just started reading Aku no Kana myself, but some pretty gruesome stuff, no? Well, I'm assuming you're busy with AP tests or some exams so good luck and study hard for those, although One Pieve wouldn't exactly be the best place to start :p

It seems like I'm writing a lot to you these days lol
Anyhow I just noticed, you're re-watching Phantom Requiem for the Phantom? I'm sure we've had this conversation before but I ended up really disappointed by that show, at first it was on its way to being one of my all time favorites but that Japan arc was awful!
I'll probably re-watch it too but right now I've decided to re-watch Noir.

Sounds good, I was looking at it yesterday actually. Not the manga but the MAL page for it, it sounds reminiscent of the plot of Onnani Master Kurosawa aka. Fap Note! I read that a while back and it was pretty over the top, people compare it to Death Note but call it Fap Note because that it is what it is about. A weird dude well on his way to becoming a Sex Offender likes to yank one out every day after school in a disused Girl's bathroom but one day he gets caught and eventually blackmailed by a girl who witnesses him leaving. Its also pretty psychological, kind of funny, and hella creepy.
Do you recall where you found your Schools Day HQ walkthrough guides? I'm starting to get pissed off because this is the 3rd time I've gotten a completely different ending than what I was going for all whilst following a guide. I wanted the Harem ending but got a Sekai ending.

I'm not telling you to, its a bit pricey (about same to an xbox game) *hint: wait a while and look for the torrent maybe?

I got my first bad end right now, the Bloody Conclusion: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvbmnHVuSWM
I just knew I was going down a dark path this time, I was trying to get with Sekai but the choices I was making seemed to be taking me more and more off the path. I thought I could avert disaster but it was probably just too late. I lol'ed at least, Kotonoha was hella creepy in this one. I never really liked her, I'm thinking now that because she was a pampered rich girl used to getting what she wanted she just couldn't bear to let Makoto go.

I'm sure it will be, I've heard good things about it. I get the feeling its similar to Welcome the NHK mixed with some of the philosophical moments from Evangelion with lots of surrealism and symbolism.
|
|
I bookmarked a site with that goal in mind but the guides I've attempted to use weren't detailed enough and it looks like I'm destined to repeat the outcome of my original playthrough with Kotonoha again, I'm still going to try and get with Sekai somehow before its all over though if possible. LOL on like 4x speed they sound like Chip and Dale or Alvin and the Chimpmunks xD

I'm thinking of trying to get that game soon too, I've heard good things about it. Its really trippy and psychological.
