It doesn't have to be in a parenthesis, but yeah, you need to write the details. And about the screenshot, it doesn't show your name, so it's a no-go.

There's an official rule about only using TV types if you're interested, but I reckon you've used other types for your challenge, so it's up to you whether you want to do it that way or not (short TV types are valid too). If you're doing that, you should say so clearly.

I also dropped Elfen Lied pretty early when I started watching anime, and I've been told by people who watched it afterwords that I made the right choice. And about El Hazard, it has something to do with next year's challenge. It's still in development, so I can't give details, but there are not a lot of valid options for one item and El Hazard seems to be one of the relatively few decent.

I took a quick glance at your list and, since I'll be the one wanting to check your form once you turn in, I might as well tell you now: you have some additional notes missing. #35. Watch an anime with less than 5,000 completed members, #33. Watch a completed anime with a score of or above 8.00, etc... You also forgot to add genres to certain genre based items. But my main concern is #66. Watch an anime suggested by Anime+ or by MAL (link to screen shot). As it is right now, that screenshot is wrong and you can't take it again, unless you have the unedited original. That means that, as far as legal methods go, you will need to watch something else.

As for your "E" challenge, if you're not doing TV Types (which you didn't mark, so you won't be recognised as such even if you're doing the challenge that way), you could watch a random music type. If you're doing TV Types, you can always watch something along the lines of Eikoku Koi Monogatari Emma or Ergo Proxy, which I haven't watched but I have heard they're quite good (ef is good too, at least the first season). I saw your question and the answer you got, and you probably don't want to finish Elfen Lied, it's bad lol. As of El Hazard, I'd wait if I were you (and I'm not giving you more hints).
