I hate bad music such as Pokerface by Lady Gaga or Blah blah blah by Kesha with a passion. I hate the fact that the songs are extremely meaningless, and they hit first place in music charts. IMO, they're not music, they are noise!!!!
This section is for anime that I really think deserve more recognition. I'll include a video/amv of the show, please check them out ^_^ thanks. Plot spoiler free (Or extremely minor that it shouldn't effect anything)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~RATINGS~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm a slightly strict rater. I rate a show base on the quality of the anime. Like Plot, Voices, Storyline etc. Enjoyment will play a part in my ratings too. For further info on how I rate my anime, click on the spoiler below
7 = Entertaining
(Nice anime that is very entertaining to watch.)
6 = Entertaining (2)
(6/10 can be as enjoyable as 7/10. Only diference is that 6 made more mistake in their plot. e.g big plot holes, bad characters, illogical moments, strong episodic feel, or the story simply isn't up to standard to reach 7.)
5 =It's... almost bad
This section is filled with show that is very close to failing due to it's character, plot, or entertainment/quality value.
Shows that I sometimes think, "why am I watching this?" But don't think it's too unbearable. This department will be filled with shows that either have bad character, bad plot, or simply not good enough. Though not bad enough for you to really think it totally failed.
I'll watch it eventually, but for now I'm concentrated on Berserk. Not really in the mood for much else. Besides, I want to re-watch the first two Rebuild films first.
Well no offense to you mate, you obviously seem to care about to like Clannad quite a bit (atleast enough to defend it) and I'm sure the writing was a big part of that. As for Code Geass it's another one of those shows that I saw when I was younger and I haven't bothered to revisit it since. I remember lots of cliffhangers, CLAMP characters designs and a clusterfuck of genres.
By "something like" I'm just saying it not usually something people try to defend objectively, because so much of the shows impact on the viewer is subjective. If you can't sympathize with the characters or you don't particularly care for the melodrama of the series theres really not all that much the show has going for it. I found it easy to relate to when I was younger, but now that I'm older I just don't find it very realistic or relatable.
Don't see your point in defending something like Clannad, but yeah I'm not a Code Geass fan it just happens to be one of the only decent chibis for the tracker thing and I don't particularly hate the series either.
