My other discriminated interest besides anime

I love anime.
I love badminton.

First off, lets start with anime... I think I don't even need to write about it as we all obviously have our fair share of discrimination from others. Or just general view.

A lot of people misunderstood anime. They think anime are simply cartoons for children.

.... I feel like I'm wasting my time stating the obvious...

all right... main issue.

Badminton
While it's extremely popular in Asian countries, and exception of UK and Denmark. The rest of the world sees badminton as "a game for leisure" or "Gay/sissy sport".

Badminton, is actually the fastest racket sport in the world. and a game of professional badminton is similar to a 6 kilometer run (Around 3 miles run). Badminton require a lot of agility and perseverance to play. in a double's game, in 20 seconds, you could see a 40~50 shot rallies. Makes it half a second, or quarter to react to each shots.

It is stated in a certain fitness research that Professional Badminton is in fact the most athleticism required sport in the world today.

The game is also very strategic as well as tactical if you play at a higher level. Some call badminton "Sport of the Wise" or "A physical non-stop action chess game"

A lot of tennis players that I know laugh at me for playing badminton, stating that our court is much smaller and require a lot less running and strength... News flash people...
**Old stats, I'll update this when I found a newer one in the future**

~~~~~Video!~~~~~
For those of you who don't know Badminton. Here's a very entertaining video for you to watch. I think it should twirl up some interest for those who don't know the sport.
Highlight Video between 2 former world number 1 in the sport.
Last but not least...
Badminton is an Olympic Sport
AGAIN! DO NOT WATCH IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT! I MEAN IT!
Clannad ~After Story~
One of the greatest moment in anime that I have the honor to be one of the viewers. Words cannot describe how great this moment really is, with all the build up since the beginning of Clannad... We watch Okazaki Tomoya all this time... This is beyond excellence. This scene can move robot to tears.
========================================================================================================
Aria the Animation
This is another moments that is hard to describe with words. Probably not exactly the greatest anime moment of all time candidate, but it sure is great! This scene will make you really think about how precious every moments with your friends actually are.
ef - a tale of memories
The first time I watch this scene, I sat in front of my monitor, completely stunned through out the whole 3 and a half minutes. One of the strongest scene in anime I've ever come across.
