I happen to be a fan of Manga and Anime that has a good story line. I wish that more translations into English stayied truer to the text, but alas... that is not so. By truer to the text, I don't mean changes to make things run easier in our laungage, but unesessary changes.
I am also a fanfic writer, which is what my site links to. If you wish to read, due leave a review. I accept anon. reviews!
I hate it when people go and say things along the lines, if you don't follow the biased rules that I have, then you are no true fan. At times I wonder if that person is a true fan, or what is called a rabbid fan. For example...
*Some people believe that people who watch anime with the English dub, aren't true fans. However, there is the case of the fact that some people simply can't read subtitles easily, like my brother that needs to be taken into concideration. Some bad anime actually get improved in the dub version. And then there are people like me, who like to look at the art form of creating what can be concidered a good dub.
* Some people believe that people who watch anime, and only certain anime, just so happen to not be fans of anime. I personally can't stand Lucky Star, and disagree that it is a good representation of the otaku, or slice of life. I personally think that there are far better. But I do think it can be used as a good educational tool... possibly.
* Some people see only a certain view point, like certain pairings, or they have certain biased based on what they like, or don't like.

Btw I just started Lost Shinigami arc and I am liking it so far. That moment when Ichigo and Rukia parted ways made me cry and I am an 18 year old guy lol. I liked Invading army because of the addition of Nozomi and the fact that it fit into the timeline more than any of the other fillers. The time thing really angers me. In terms of story the best filler arc was Bount by far but it had shitty timing and killed the amazing buzz I felt after watching the best shounen arc in all of anime history. I will say that Bleach does have the best story arc being the Soul Society arc.

I like the arc for some reason. The filler that I hated the most was the zanpaktou arc only because it was a pain in the ass watching it in anticipation for the downfall arc.

I like it a lot it's just that all the filler arcs except for Invading army hurt the show. I just saw the comment I posted earlier, I thought you were talking about my review lol. I am sorry, I was being an asshole.

I am sorry but Bleach should not be on anybody's top list. Ichigo has the depth of a puddle and filler kills it more than enough.

I strongly disagree on both of your points. It's almost as if you're recommeding at the most generic sense possible (that is, "these two titles are the same because the titles have two exclamation marks" or "these two titles are the same because they both have male characters").
Is Durarara a comedy or does it use comedy? Durarara's humour isn't the same as Working's. The short reason why they're not the same: Working is designed as a comedy, whereas Durarara only features a small amount of comedy. The comedy in Working are standalone narratives that heavily rely on recurring jokes. Durarara doesn't have that. Sure some characters are funny, but that doesn't mean the narrative itself is funny.
As for character quirks, well you can basically say that to a lot of series where a variety of characters are involved.
So should Durarara be considered similar to Working? Well, only if you're thinking about how they're both anime adapted from a written medium. Otherwise, no. They don't share the same aesthetic or narrative design. Working isn't about gangs, nor is Durarara about working in a restaurant. Working isn't about action, and Durarara isn't about comedy.

Regardless, my point is still valid. Most of the users here aren't fanfiction writers nor readers and the use of such terminology doesn't hold much substance.

Grab the definition which best fits your understanding of "fluff", because I don't think you're using the term right. I can understand where you're coming from for the most part, but I feel that you're just using words you don't really have a grasp of.
If you want to make 20+ recommendations a day, you might as well use the right terms and ideas. Otherwise you'll just get people criticising you.
