While she has done voicework for many video games, as well as several episodes in the Power Rangers franchise, she is particularly prolific in the dubbing of anime, where she has more credits than any other English anime voice actor with currently two hundred and fourteen credits.
Lee is also experienced in ADR directing. Currently, both she and Kirk Thornton are directing the ADR for Bleach.

I hate dubs, so I hate American VA's. I suppose they introduced me to anime so I'll give them that. But hearing it makes one's ears bleed.

Good voice, but she seems to fail at copying the original emotion of scenes. (With a couple exceptions)
I honestly think shes getting worse from comparing her older dubs to the more recent ones.

Take no offense. I nearly screamed at all the English VA's for Haruhi

The whole point of voice acting is that your looks or age don't matter. The seiyuu industry, while filled with talented people, is overflowing with ageism.
