This series had lots of potential, but because of drama (those unnecessary dramas), it became shit. Also, Moka's still chubby XD 4/10 |
| Aww, I thought the ending would be a bit longer....than the usual 15-20 pages. Was that the actual ending? Seems like it was half assed. The win felt predictable too. 6/10. |

| The chapter was definitely rushed. Little to no action between Tsurugi and Isamu's match. Kinda predictable that Isamu would win. At least hoping that he would actually confess to Moka in this last chapter. Overall, I enjoyed this manga. |

| It sucks, I really did feel this manga had potential, but I guess it was never received well. The axe came down hard on this manga and man, was that the quickest conclusion I've ever seen. It just sucks how it started off so well only to degrade so much. 6/10 for me. Great start, good first half, mediocre second half and terrible ending. |

| I have a feeling that the author was basically told that he had a cut off at 134-135 chapters, after weighing everything that he wanted to add, he ended up picking the events that we saw, unfortunately though, it didn't work out, he would've been better off continuing at his own, getting cut off abruptly, and trying to get it picked up by another publisher instead of compromising this badly. |
| Well, that was a godawful ending. I was at least hoping there'd be a flash forward with Isamu being world champion, Moka having gained her regular body back, and the two of them properly being a couple. Ugh. |

| The whole series was good but the and was a sad shit. It's a waste of the potential the manga have. Could've been longer and better i suppose. And worst of all: Moka's still fat. |

| Yeah it got canceled. According to Anime News Network. The author explained that it was due to poor sales. Rather forced ending but, to be fair, this ending is better than other endings of other axed manga. Such as Zen Martial Arts Academy. I thought this entire series was being unfair to Moka and woman boxers btw and wrote a long post about it. |
| I heard that the author meant for this to be a long running series. Maybe like Hajime Ippo. But critics were saying that Buyuden presented a shallower version of boxing compared to Hajime, so... Anyway, I was really hoping to see the characters fully developed. They were just starting high school right? They didn't even make it to Senior Year! :( And what about college? There should have been a college arc. Maybe we will see Moka getting back into shape and becoming a boxer again. Like, if the series get picked up again. Maybe due to Olympics fever (Japan is host for the 2020 one) or something. |

| Yes I enjoyed it overall but... the end was too abrupt. I wish a proper sequel, even if we have to wait a few years. We might be pleasantly surprised one day :) let's hope! |

| It was good, but had to much drama in series. If this gets a sequel like the other mangaka's series, then it would leave off from the end or retcon the end and continue from there. |
