| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This Febri girl is cute as hell :333. Dunno why but she seems a bit afraid of Misaka. I guess she prefers Saten a bit more. I'm still unsure how this arc will go with this new girl though. Obviously, seems like those scientists wants to find her. So Aogami also makes a cameo this episode in a frog suit. I'm wondering if more characters will make their cameo like this. (without the weird frog suit) LOL @ the OST. I couldn't take it seriously. |

| Even though she knows Misaka, she doesn't like her (and only her). Uiharu and Saten are caring her for the night. That lolipop tastes...? And those lab people knows her?? Saten helping out, the girl missing, and found. That also got that lab guy attention and wants to experiment Misaka herself? |

| Febli is adorable. I wonder if there's an actual story to her not liking Misaka. I lol'ed at that scene where Misaka thought Febli was gonna hug her and got left hanging. That scene with Aogami in a Gekota suit was so random, but it was cool seeing him again I guess. I love seeing Haru'ue, her outfits are cute. Dat Saten fanservice though> I like how every one of the scientists is wearing glasses lol. That's so stereotypical for evil scientists. Hopefully we get more story for this new arc in the next episode. These last two episodes didn't really show much, and there's not that many episodes left. Really want this show to finish strong cause the first arc was amazing. |
| Dat Aogami Pierce in a Gekota suit. That does it, I'm just going to enjoy this arc for the cameos and slight mentions of stuff in anything Raildex. Because I'm not really seeing anything that makes me excited for this arc. Febli is just one ball of loli moe that's not really interesting to watch. There are better blond lolis than her in Raildex. Saten is getting too much attention that makes it obvious she's the director's favorite. And I still can't accept what they did to Kongou's character and I cringe everytime she appears. The bad guys of the arc aren't helping as well as they're really too cliched. There's not even any subtlety in their actions and they just scream "We're planning something bad." You might as well hang up signs that says they're the bad guys. I mean, he was just at the sidelines when those cleaning robots attacked and no one even noticed him. The gang was basically there afterwards. Just...ugh. Misaka seems to be struggling in that one instance in the next episode so let's see what these "scientists" are up to. But with the title being "Febli", I'm not expecting much. Date check. Half a day passed so it's currently August 26. 4 days in 5 episodes? Can it be possible? And where's Unabara amidst all this? He was mentioned last episode and he's suppose to be popping out everywhere Misaka goes. |

| So the action stops and we got some slice-of-life banter. Batten down the hatches, the satisfaction rating for this anime and the overall rating is going to dive, dive, DIVE!!! P.s. I find Febri adorable and I really love the banter between the Railgun girls. |

 "I can't call up Anti-Skill about it this late, either" So Anti-Skill, the police force of Academy City, can't be bothered to help a lost child after their "working hours". And it can't even be that late as their is still a post sunset glow in the sky! After 8:30 PM, apparently, the police are headed home. Your on your own, citizens! This explains so much about why Academy City has the problems it has. After dusk, the city becomes a lawless wasteland! | While the episode wasnt really exciting, at least it had some purpose (unlike episode 18), Aogamis cameo was nice tho. Also, am I the only one who thinks the lollipops arent just normal lollipops? |

| What kind of safety organisation is Anti Skill if you can't even contact them at night? In any case the little girl did make for some funny moments and she certainly attracts everyone around. Even Kongo came and have a look at her. |

| that febri girl really cute.. but i feel like she resemble nyaruko from haiyore nyaruko-san.. these lolipop probably on pelocan level (lolipop eaten by himeko in sket dance) to think that anti skill can't be called at night...well they're just their superior's pawns after all. yomikawa seems honest and responsible though,, with her "jan". i lol'ed so hard when AOGAMI lol... i really burst out laugh... especially, he supposed to be lolicon.. XD at the last scene, when these antagonist vote. there are 5 people in the room and i only see 4 hand being raised. does that mean shinobu didn't agree with this #3 experiment? i can't stand this arc antagonist.. their smirk piss me off. |

| My bet is that Febri is a custom made human (like Misaka's sisters, but with DNA from different people/heavily modified) and the lolipop is the fail safe device, if she does not lick it frequently she dies. Whatever dormant/unconscious special ability Febri has must be related to high level espers. |

| This is an okay episode, just focus on Febri and she puts a smile in my face :D. LOL Mikasa had her finger doll and was stolen away by Febri. Well I have no idea if Febri hates Mikoto or likes Mikoto but at least she called by her last name. Nothing much happen in the episode, except the guy who began to attack Febri while Mikoto stopped them. 4/5 next PV looks pretty interesting. |

| Haha did not expect to see Aogami in this episode, he also did not really appear in much of the series so far. I wonder what the candy Febri is always licking taste like though, they say it is intense, so i wonder if it is sweet or sour or something :( |
