DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Okay wtf was that scene with the horse lol  The scouting legion seems pretty cool. Levi is my favorite from the team obviously. I'm not sure about Eren though. SCIENCE TIME. So they captured a Titan, I remember this from the manga. I just love Hanji's fascination of them though, so freaking priceless. Hanji ftw as well :3. LOL, she names her Titans...."sonny". Weird name. RIP Titans. I think Hanji might be freaking out a bit much though.. |

Baka! :D Her serious face, though. The Scouting Legion is always fun to watch off missions - kind of feel for Eren's bewilderment in his new surroundings (sleeping in the dungeon again, that is). |

| Wow, that felt more like a 10 minute episode than 20. Overall, I thought it was a good episode because it fleshed out the characters and world more, but I want to see the rest of the cadets again... especially Mikasa! Also, bring back the violence and Eren being awesome instead of confused and being pushed around :( After all that being said, I still totally love this show and can't wait until next week's episode! |

I like the scene between Erwin and Mike also. And poor Eren sitting through the night listening to Hanji's stories/theories, though he kind of brought it upon himself. | Well, it can't be action action action all the time. I think that this episode did a great job of introducing us to the characters and letting the audience know a bit more about them. Especially about Zoe. |

| Once I saw Levi open those windows, I knew that this adaption is truly faithful to the manga! Man, Hanji sure does love to talk about her experiment, took the whole day lol. The OST during the part when she had to hurt both Bean and Sawney was awesome. Also, we get to see Levi's Squad! Man, I love this show, can't wait for next week! |

| Great faithful adaption to the manga so far, Hajnji had a lot to say of what the mankind in this show know so far about the Titans in general, and poor Eren had to listen through it all from night to the next sunrise, Hanji never disappoints. The scenes where Hanji is going through her ritual to name her Titans sure was a nice view. The Levi squad! Petra as nice as always to Eren though. Levi with his clean attitude just had to have things nice and clean before they housed the Castle and of course Eren didn't do much of a good job to the room he was assigned to clean, way to be anal Levi, good laugh. Nice add of the kills each had done and assisted, was a nice touch to each character. Erwin, suspiciously as he may look is one cold commander, surely he know something that the others don't know! The question he asked Eren at the place where the Titan subjects Sawney and Beans were killed at; "Who are the enemy?" Deep man. Though this episode didn't have much action, it had a lot of information and a nice foreshadow for what is coming next week and forward. Nicely adapted.  Bonus:  |

| I love this show but this episode fell a little short imo :( Mainly because I figured they would combine two chapters of the manga, though I guess Hanji and her titans deserved a full episode Levi cleaning though! That was what I was looking forward to this past week xD |

| Titans need nothing but sunlight, TITANS ARE PLANTS!!! Can we get more Hanji please? I mean her instability is just so entertaining. Poor Sony and Bean, I was starting to like them. LEVI IS A CLEANING BADASS. That's all I have to say about this episode. |

| Oh god, I freaking love Levi. Such a badass even when cleaning. After watching this I took a look around the room and decided it was time to do a little cleaning myself. Never did I think the day would come when I was motivated to clean. What is wrong with me? Anyways, I was really looking forward to his cleaning, but I can't help but point out how strangely Levi drinks his coffee (or is that tea?). Might be because I have "Ciel" in my username, but it just bothered me so much for some reason, and reminded me of how L eats his cakes. Someone needs to tell him there's a handle on the cup for a reason, lol someoneone show him how to drink tea! Mehh, whatever the man can do whatever he freaking wants. I wouldn't care if he stuck a freaking straw in there and started drinking it. Levi can be described with any other word except normal after all. |
| Pretty engrossing second half with Hanji's explanation if a little on the disturbing side with how deeply she empathizes with the Titans. Hanji's a refreshing contrast from the usual stern one note characters we've seen so far - The amount of blood that guy lost biting his tongue made that scene more funny for me than intended. Oh Tetsuro Araki... you and your over dramatizations : P - Seriously Levi? You have the same facial expression while doing housework too? Taking Tsuntsun husbando to the next levels lol |

| Although yet another week of no action, it was still interesting to learn about the different people in the Recon Corps. Hanji is hilarious, she had me gasping for air the way she interacted with those titans. "SAWNEY! BEEAAN!" The experiments were interesting and definitely revealed a bit more on the titans. |

| It seems like the story is being dragged out. I loved this anime for its fast pace. But then again, it might be the calm before the storm. I'm hoping the storm will pick up from where it left off. Hanji's barely lidded insanity was amusing. I think we all sympathised with Eren. I bet he regretted his request at dawn. I'm still undecided about Levi. The way he drank his tea warmed me to him. Nothing like a bit of food/drink style. But I still need to know more about his character. His history as a thug might explain his sadistic tendencies. |
